Incontrerai la tua Guida all’ingresso del Colosseo per vedere questo magnifico anfiteatro, il più grande dell’antica Roma; originariamente chiamato “l’Anfiteatro Flavio” aveva 80 ingressi e poteva ospitare 50.000 spettatori.
Quando hai visto tutto quello che c'è da vedere del Colosseo è allora al Foro. Si cammina sulle strade originali fino alla piazza principale che è circondata dalle rovine di magnifici edifici e monumenti. Vedrai la Casa del Senato, il Tempio di Vesta, il Tempio di Saturno, l'Altare del Divino Giulio Cesare, il Tempio dei Gemelli, la Basilica Emilia, l'Arco di Settimio Severo e molto altro ancora. Le rovine sono magnifiche ma con l'uso della ricostruzione grafica si ottiene una visione reale di come appariva il Foro ai tempi dell'Antica Roma.
Il tour termina quando si raggiunge il Campidoglio dove si trovavano i templi dedicati alle più importanti divinità romane. Qui si può anche vedere la bella piazza di Michelangelo e la Statua di Marco Aurelio. In questo tour privato si è davvero portato in un viaggio indietro nel tempo; un'esperienza meravigliosa e uno dei modi migliori per godersi il Colosseo e il Foro.

Sarah was an outstanding tour guide—courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely interesting. Despite the intense heat, she constantly checked to make sure everyone was comfortable and adapted the tour to suit the conditions. Although we decided to shorten our tour because of the heat, Sarah did an excellent job of ensuring we still experienced all the key sights and highlights of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Her insights made us feel like we were getting an insider’s perspective, bringing the history to life in a way that was both engaging and memorable. A fantastic tour, made even better by an exceptional guide. We highly recommend Sarah!

We had a fabulous time on both tours!!!! Claudia was very prompt on her arrival, warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the Colosseum Tour. She made the information very interesting and easy to understand. She was a fantastic tour guide. Tommaso was also fabulous for the Sights of Rome Tour. He also was very prompt on his arrival, warm, friendly, and easy to talk with. He completely tailored the tour to us and was able to gage the situation when our youngest daughter was feeling a bit tired and needed a “gelato” stop 😃. He was very informative and relatable. He was a fantastic tour guide. I would highly recommend both tours and both Claudia and Tommaso as tour guides!!!
