Mostar è la città più grande della regione ed è famosa per il suo ponte che attraversa il fiume Neretva. Lo Stari Most, o "Ponte Vecchio", fu originariamente costruito nel XVI secolo e da allora è diventato un simbolo della città. Potrete anche esplorare la città vecchia, visitare la Moschea Koski Mehmed Pasha e provare alcuni piatti della cucina tradizionale bosniaca in uno dei ristoranti locali.
Ston è una piccola città situata sulla penisola di Peljesac, a circa un'ora di auto da Dubrovnik. È meglio conosciuta per le sue imponenti mura difensive, originariamente costruite nel XIV secolo per proteggere la città dagli invasori. Le mura si estendono per oltre cinque chilometri e sono le mura difensive più lunghe d'Europa, rendendole un'attrazione popolare per i visitatori. Oltre alle mura, la città è famosa anche per le sue ostriche e altri frutti di mare, che vengono raccolti dal vicino oceano. Ci sono diversi ristoranti in città dove è possibile assaggiare queste prelibatezze fresche di provenienza locale. Altre attrazioni degne di nota a Ston includono il Museo delle saline, che offre uno spaccato della storia della produzione del sale nella regione, e il Monastero francescano, che risale al XIV secolo e presenta una splendida architettura gotica.
Dal 2006 abbiamo stabilito 22 ettari di nuovi vigneti e 1700 ulivi nella nuova sede della più giovane area viticola della Croazia, che si chiama Komarna. Il concetto della zona vinicola di Komarna, dove tutti i produttori sono registrati biologici, è stato creato dalla nostra famiglia, e abbiamo anche avviato il progetto. Nel 2012 abbiamo costruito una cantina che soddisfa i più alti standard tecnologici per la produzione di vino sul territorio del vigneto. Nel nostro vigneto, il 90% delle viti appartengono alle varietà autoctone di Plavac mali e Pošip, insieme alla varietà un po 'dimenticata di Tribidrag. In onore di nostro nonno e bisnonno, che è stato il primo viticoltore della nostra famiglia, la cantina porta il suo soprannome, Rizman.

Booked a transfer with Mateo B. with an hour option at Ston, Croatia. Mateo was meticulous in contacting me a day before the trip to confirm the meeting point and he was early. As I had visited Ston the day before on an oyster & mussels tour, I asked him to change to a mid point for lunch. On the way, he stopped and showed us the Arboretum Trsteno park to stretch our legs. For lunch, he took us to Rizman Slivno winery and vineyard where we had a wonderful lunch with stunning views of the coast below. Finally we stopped by Kliss Fortress for a toilet stop and quick photos of the fort. We arrived Split and he stayed with us until i confirmed the hotel booking. As we will be in Split for 3 days, he even followed up with a message of a contact i could call should I need transportation. This is A+ service and we very much appreciated the extra time Mateo put in to show us around.
