Il lago Balaton è l'essenza della bellezza rurale ungherese. La versione ungherese di Provance. Godrete di una vista mozzafiato, piccoli villaggi con case imbiancate secolari e sorprendenti formazioni di natura. Passeremo davanti all'Abbazia di Tihany, splendidamente ristrutturata, che è stata fondata 1000 anni fa. Per 8 euro a persona possiamo guardare gli interni barocchi di fantasia. Il tour è pieno di bellezze, storia interessante e (se optate per l'adesione inviandoci un messaggio) ottimo vino! I panorami, la grande gastronomia, i vini freschi, il fascino dei borghi e il patrimonio storico e architettonico della regione sono tutti buoni motivi per fare un viaggio qui. Vorresti un orario di inizio diverso? È possibile iniziare il tour ovunque tra le 6:00 e le 23:00. Basta inviarci un messaggio dopo la prenotazione, se si desidera un orario di inizio diverso.

Itinerario
Questo tour è il più bello in questo momento. Bellissimi colori primaverili, con tanti fiori, tempo perfetto. Prima tappa: ci fermiamo in un bellissimo punto panoramico del lago Balaton. Questa è di solito una breve sosta di 5-10 minuti. Il tempo di 90 minuti indicato include anche il tempo di viaggio.
Una vista indimenticabile del lago Balaton. Il lago è più bello durante ottobre, con colori autunnali sorprendenti, soprattutto nelle giornate di sole.
Vi portiamo quindi a Balatonfüred per vedere questa nobile città con un sacco di palazzi e un pittoresco lungomare. Il grazioso centro e le bellissime ville e palazzi molto probabilmente ruberanno il tuo cuore!
Passeggiando per le strade del villaggio più bello d'Ungheria. Puoi anche provare i famosi prodotti della regione, come la birra alla lavanda, la limonata alla lavanda, il cioccolato alla lavanda, il gelato alla lavanda....
Il monastero è stato fondato quasi mille anni fa. Possiamo ammirare la chiesa barocca splendidamente decorata anche dall'interno se compriamo un biglietto (8 euro a persona). Questo ci dà anche l'opportunità di vedere la mostra sulla storia dell'abbazia.
Sulla via del ritorno saliamo sul traghetto che attraversa il lago.

Auti was right on time picking us up at our hotel. He was a great driver and told us interesting things about Hungary. We had a lovely lunch overlooking Lake Balaton in Tihanyi a beautiful village where lavender grows. The village was nice to walk around and the monastery was a beautiful sight as well. For those who want to briefly and thoroughly know the area of Lake Balton, this is the way. A trip of just over an hour, boarding the car on a ferry, visiting the major towns of the peninsula, Tiananmen and Baltonford. In October this was a time off for a seaside holiday that was quite cold. But the throwing colors are lovely. The driver Attila was excellent. Recommended a restaurant among the groves. It was great. Not very expensive. Drive carefully and safely.

We had the most amazing experience with our guide, Balazs, on a day trip from Budapest to Lake Balaton. He picked us up in his beautifully restored 1965 mint green Volvo, which was such a unique and fun way to start the journey. Driving through Hungary in this epic classic car made us feel like celebrities — even coming from Hollywood, California, people were snapping photos of us everywhere we went! Balazs is a fantastic guide – knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about sharing his local history and culture. Along the way, he gave us fascinating insights into both Budapest and Balaton, and he always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. He took us to the most gorgeous lunch spot at Echo in Balaton, where the food and views were equally incredible. We crossed the lake, drank fresh sparkling water straight from the ground, and even watched the graceful brown swans. Every stop felt thoughtfully chosen and special. What really stood out was Balazs himself – friendly, personal, and accommodating to our requests, always going the extra mile to make the day perfect. By the end, it felt like we were exploring with a friend rather than just a guide. This tour was truly a highlight of our time in Hungary, and we can’t recommend Balazs highly enough!

Our family had a fantastic tour to Lake Balaton. The lake is lovely and our guide was fantastic. He changed the tour up and took us to a winery bc we said we like wine. He was so nice to my son and a great guide. He took us to a lovely restaurant on the lake. We all really enjoyed the day.
