Great communication. On time and very nice luxury vehicle. Paul our driver was friendly, sense of humor and took good care of us. Lunch reservations were arranged for us. From beginning to end it was a high end experience. Highly recommended.

Picked us up promptly at our scheduled time. Was very kind and made a lunch recommendation and also reserved a table for us. Lunch was amazing. Forgot my phone in the vehicle and within 5 minutes, our driver noticed and delivered it to me. Never felt rushed and actually made an unplanned stop for us. Highly recommend this service!

Darius was a wonderful driver and provided a great experience. He took us from central London to Windsor Castle and back. He suggested a few quick stops/photo ops in Eton and along the Royal Road entrance to Windsor Castle before he dropped us off. He also asked us about our lunch plans following the castle and made an excellent recommendation and reservation for a local restaurant (Ivy). After lunch, he stopped and gave us an opportunity to feed the Royal swans on the Thames - with bread he provided. Would use his services again. Highly recommended.

I booked a a private chauffeured trip to Windsor Castle for myself and my daughter it cost me $1256.98 AUD which I thought at the time very expensive but based on all of the positive reviews thought it would be worth it! The day of our trip we were picked up as planned from our hotel and driven to Windsor Castle only to discover it was closed due to a State Visit! The driver was shocked as were we - he apologised as he didn’t know it was going to be closed either however when we asked for a refund from Paul he told us to go to Trip Advisor for a refund which they denied with the reason the tour operator (Paul) had not authorised it! So basically nobody IE PRC Travel or Viator/Trip Advisor would take accountability and refused to refund me at all

Great chauffeured drive from London to Windsor and back. Paul was very helpful in asking about what we wanted to do, time frame, and suggestions for lunch spots. We could relax and enjoy the drive and Paul dropped us off close to the Windsor Castle walls.

This was a Family trip where my husband and I brought my 80 year old mom and two Aunts. The service was exceptional and our driver Dariusz was fantastic! So personable and gave us extra tips and stops along the way to and from the castle. The company itself kept contact with us about time, who the driver was and his car and plate information days before. And followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything went okay. Definitely was well worth the money to be picked up at our Hotel and dropped off right at the entrance to the Castle.

Our friends done the London tour with this company and recommended them to us. Am glad they did as everything was as described the vehicle was super comfortable had everything you would need and our teenagers noted they had charging cables WiFi. The journey to Windsor was super quick and Paul the driver was very helpful in telling us about restaurants to go to in London stuff like that. We to will be recommending this company as well ten out of ten.
