Great Tuscan experience! Great driver and guide Massimo. Enjoyed two beautiful wineries with very tasteful wines and light lunch. Can highly recommend this tour!
Excellent wineries. The people were very knowledgeable, the wine choices were excellent and the food was amazing. very good comparison of Keyonte and Tuscan wines. Definitely go on this tour!
Thank you for your time. We are glad you enjoyed your tour and you passed a nice day on the Tuscan countryside
The wineries that Massimo took us to were absolutely beautiful! We learned a lot about wine and the region from Massimo, and enjoyed every aspect of the tours!
Our driver Simona picked us up promptly on time and was extremely friendly and helpful to us at every point of our tour. She made a special point of asking about our interests and offering to stop at places so we could take pictures or to slow down so that we could take pictures out the window. She even asked if it was OK to travel on the four-lane highway to the part of Tuscany that we were headed to So that we could get to the back roads areas that we were most interested in faster. Simone insight and conversation greatly added to our enjoyment of the visit and to our knowledge of the areas of Chanti that we were touring. We went to two wineries and both were excellent. The staff at both wineries was very welcoming and generous with their time because they were actually pressing grapes when we arrived, and they took us into the areas where they were working their machinery so that we could see the process of destemming, crushing grapes and pumping the juice and, for the older juice, separating juice from seeds and skins. The wines we tried were excellent, and we actually bought a case that they are going to deliver to our house in Virginia. The last of the two wineries that we visited, provided an excellent lunch described as a late lunch, but we could not eat at all. It was so much fun, eating their food and drinking their wine. We were very interested in seeing the Tuscan countryside and learning more about vent culture there. We saw a lot, we learned a lot, and we had great fun doing it.
We had a wonderful time with Massimo on this private wine tour! During the drive to the wineries, he gave us a nice tutorial about Italian wines, the Tuscan region, and the significance of the DOCG designation. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and happy to answer all of our questions. The two wineries were wonderful, with beautiful grounds, excellent wine, and friendly staff. We were given personal tours of both, a nice light lunch at the first winery, and a generous serving of Italian charcuterie, homemade pasta, and dessert at the second. We also ordered some wine that will be shipped to us back home in the U.S. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it to everyone!
This was an amazing wine tour, we experienced a visit to 2 family owned wineries. They gave us a tour of their winery and provided tastings paired with food. Wine was great and our tour guide Massimo was excellent. Definitely would recommend.
Our guide Adriano was awesome…knew so much about the region and was very accommodating. We loved this trip! Both fineries were terrific, especially the one where Jessica gave us a tour. Her mother in law kept feeding us with yummy foods…such a blessing. We are definitely would go back and recommend this place to everyone.
Our guide Emilia was absolutely fantastic, sharing her knowledge about Tuscany and giving local food&travel advice! We visited 2 wineries, had generous wine tasting experience in both places. Learnt a lot! Top experience.
