Did not go on trip cancel a month ago! Need my money back! This I a not fair! Cancel a month before. Spoken gentleman in was looking for transportation from Ricer bend Resirt to zip line/caves then to Placencia. Which I bekueve was $935 us. I never had an interest going back to Belize city!

Our phone records indicate a conversation where you inquired about transportation from Belize City to Placencia, in addition to the cave tubing and zipline tour. During that conversation, you were informed that Placencia is approximately 100 miles away from the cave tubing site and Belize City. Providing transportation to Placencia after the tour would incur an additional cost, which we quoted at $200 USD to cover the extra distance and driver time, not $935 USD. The $935 figure you mentioned seems to be related to a completely separate inquiry about transportation directly from River Bend Resort to Placencia, possibly with other services, which was never booked with us. To reiterate: You booked and paid for: Cave Tubing and Zipline Tour from Belize City - $437.00 USD. This tour was not canceled. This tour starts and ends in Belize City. We discussed optional additional transportation to Placencia at an extra cost of $200 USD, should you have wanted to extend your trip. We are sorry for any confusion and we understand that miscommunications can happen. However, based on our records, your booked tour for cave tubing and zipline in Belize City was not canceled and is still valid. Therefore, a full refund is not applicable as the service you booked was available and ready to be provided.
The Zip line & Cave Tubing was a very interesting experience. What happened after the tour is what I am most unhappy about. We told the tour guide that our New Years Eve was open and we were interested to see the Howler Monkeys and see Alligators. Paul, the guide, suggested that he could do this and would pick us up at our hotel the next morning at 10:00AM. I told him that I would prefer 8:00AM pickup and he replied no problem. He said it would cost US$300.00, and I asked to use a credit card and he said no, US$150.00 cash deposit, which I gave him. The next morning we were ready and waiting at 8:00AM. At nine o'clock we quit waiting and went back inside the hotel to have breakfast and mentioned to the hotel desk clerk that if he comes that we'll be having breakfast. He was a no show. At 10:10AM we were finished with breakfast and there was no sign of Paul, the guide. The hotel staff said we were ripped off. Be aware that the company named "PRIVATE BELIZE ADVENTURE", Phone Number +5016023163 associated with VIATOR.COM in BELIZE should be avoided because of DISHONESTY. Jerry K.
I'm sorry for what happened. To you Also, Private Belize Adventure and Viator were not aware of the second tour you book with Paul. We didn't rip you off. Saw you put my Phone Number in the reveiw and on the day Paul didn't show up you didn't call me and also on the day of the first tour. I was at the cave tubing and zip line site we spoke you didn't say anything about a second tour you wanted to do with us. We will deal with Paul and his dishonesty. Private Belize Adventure
I booked a private zipline and tubing tour for my husband and I. Due to weather and having to take a tender to shore, which we unexpected for the ship, we didn't make it to the meeting point until after the start of our tour. Now this has happened to us before, which is why I book private tours. When I called the company they said I missed the meeting time, I told them I know and told them we got there as soon as we could. Now mind you this is around 10 am. There were many tour operators offering the same tour and much later times in the day. But our operator said that since we weren't there on time we couldn't go. I am going to be calling Viator to get a refund.
Hey You show up two hours after the tour started, but we didn't rip you off. When you book the tour, you didn't state that you were coming off a cruise ship. We try many times to call, text and email to see where we can meet you. Private Belize Adventure pick up guests from hotels, cruise ports and the airports in Belize. So you have not given us the right information. How can we knew where to pickup you
Our tour guides were amazing. What a fun adventurous day for the family. Bring water shoes, towel and change of clothes for comfort. Beautiful way to have some fun!
This was our favorite part of Belize City! The sights on the zipline were gorgeous and it was timed perfectly so that we got to go tubing afterwards when we were sweaty. The guides were very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable about their craft and we felt that we learned a lot while still being relaxed on vacation. It was overall a super friendly and professional atmosphere and if we're back in Belize we'll surely be going again. Thank you so much!
The guide did not show up and had to be called in. He was non-communicative the entire trip. Lunch was to be included and it did not happen. This trip was over $500 for four people and was very disappointing. He hurried us thru the entire visit. We do NOT recommend this company to anyone.
We absolutely loved having Dorian as our private guide. He called ahead to confirm our outing and picked us up from the cruise terminal. We took the long drive to the cave tubing which was filled with tons of information about Belize. The cave tubing and zip lining was so much fun! Our guide on the cave tubing, Jeremy, was AWESOME! Lunch at the location was beyond delicious. Highly recommend this tour!!

<p>Keith was a PHENOMENAL GUIDE! This was a completely exclusive tour- just me, my hubby, and our amazing tour guide Keith. He gave us as much special treatment as he could, trying to make our tour very personal. The entire ride to the mountain, he gave us a history and tons of details and fun facts on Belize. One of the most knowledgeable tour guides I have ever encountered. He drove us in an AC van, and it was very clean and comfortable. Once we got to the site, he knew where to go and who to speak to, and we made the trek up the mountain so that we could enter the caves. GORGEOUS and once in a life time experience! After, we went zip lining on the same mountain- I highly recommend doing both! After that, Keith had our lunch ready- it was the food being sold at the local restaurant on site at the mountain. Delicious jerk chicken! I loved this tour and if I ever visit Belize again, I will be in touch with Keith at Private Belize Tours!</p>
