Scopri il campo di Sachsenhausen Il primo e principale campo di concentramento di Berlino Il campo di Sachsenhausen fu uno dei primi campi di concentramento istituiti dai nazisti vicino alla città di Berlino ed è attualmente utilizzato come luogo commemorativo in memoria di oltre 200.000 prigionieri che furono imprigionati e uccisi lì, tra cui ebrei, comunisti, omosessuali, zingari, testimoni di Geova e oppositori del regime del Reich. Questa è un'occasione per dare uno sguardo all'oscura routine quotidiana del campo, per ripercorrere le tante storie di eroismo insieme agli orrori in cui molte vite sono state stroncate. Nel campo ci sono molti siti come la caserma ebraica, la prigione, la stazione Z che era l'ultima stazione del campo e le cliniche dove venivano condotti gli esperimenti sui prigionieri. Durante il tour conosceremo anche la Germania durante l'era nazista.

We arrived in Berlin for the Food Logistics exhibition And we decided to take an enrichment tour to the concentration camp with the guide Amir in Berlin. A powerful experience! Amir in Berlin conveys the knowledge in a fascinating way. His knowledge is vast and probably because of his being a theater actor we felt for a moment the creepy stories come to life. Amir picked us up from the hotel and already on the way to the camp reviewed the story of the rise of the Nazis to power. On the tour of the camp, Amir told us fascinating and moving stories and it was obvious that he knew the material and lived it.
