Si tratta di un tour privato solo per voi, dall'inizio alla fine, in questo paradiso delle sorgenti calde. Il ritiro avverrà all'indirizzo del vostro alloggio a Città del Messico. Queste piscine termali si trovano nello stato di Hidalgo, a 4 ore da Città del Messico e a un'altitudine di 1280 metri sul livello del mare. Godetevi il trasferimento in un comodo mezzo privato con aria condizionata. A Tolantongo ci divertiremo e rilasseremo nelle 40 piscine termali, ognuna con un design diverso, nella grotta e nell'incredibile fiume blu, anch'esso con acqua termale. La temperatura media dell'acqua si aggira intorno ai 34-38°C. In questo centro turistico si trovano diversi ristoranti, negozi e docce. Il tempo a Tolantongo sarà di 5 ore, è possibile aggiungere altre ore. Potrete scattare foto incredibili e godervi questa natura nel bel mezzo di un grande canyon.

Itinerario
Il ritiro sarà alle 5 del mattino presso il tuo alloggio a Città del Messico. Il trasferimento impiegherà 4 ore per raggiungere Tolantongo che si trova nello Stato di Hidalgo. Durante il nostro percorso possiamo fare delle soste per comprare la colazione o se hai bisogno di qualcos'altro.
Questo centro acquatico è diviso in due sezioni. Per prima cosa visiteremo la sezione Paradiso dove si trovano le 40 piscine termali. Indosserai il costume da bagno e le scarpe da acqua. Ci prenderemo cura dei tuoi effetti personali e potremo tenere all'interno del veicolo ciò che non utilizzi. Trascorreremo 2 ore e mezza in questa sezione. Puoi goderti il ponte sospeso, le piscine, il tunnel e le piccole cascate. Ogni piscina ha un design unico. Arrivando presto non troveremo molta gente e l'esperienza sarà incredibile potendo scattare bellissime foto. Successivamente visiteremo la sezione della Grotta dove potrai goderti la cascata, la grotta e il fiume azzurro. Resteremo qui anche per due ore e mezza. Puoi comprare cibo o pranzare in uno dei ristoranti. Prima di partire potrete fare una doccia e cambiarvi con abiti asciutti.
Torneremo a Città del Messico. Il ritorno al vostro alloggio richiederà circa 4 ore.

The drive isn’t as long as the website says , but maybe on the day I went there just wasn’t as much traffic. I went in July. Definitely worth your money and time. Noe was my driver and he was amazing. He want above and beyond. Had water for us, chips, flashlights and iPhone water proof cases for us. Don’t forget to wear water proof shoes.

The overall experience was fantastic. Despite not being able to go to the caves due to poor weather there was plenty of time to enjoy the baths, food/drinks and scenery.

I had an entire car to myself which meant I could lie in the front seat and sleep for 3 hours because the pickup was at 5am. The guide explained everything and then let me explore. Ricardo was very lovely and accommodating. I really recommend the experience.

I really wish I could give this a higher rating! We really wanted to hit up Tolantongo while being in CDMX but didn’t want to go with a big group because we love to do as we please. And then we found Epic Journeys!!!! Paid securely on their website and heard back from them through WhatsApp right away. Ricardo, the best tour guide, reached out to me the morning of to let us know he was on his way. He picked us up in a nice sedan. Gave us a bunch of insight on the city and things we were driving by. He let us know how long it would take and what the plan was. When we arrived he walked us through everything and let us venture out. Gave us clear instructions on how to get ahold of him and our length of time we had at each part of the resort. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Ricardo is very calm and friendly and answers all your questions. Be ready for lots of steep stairs and hills. But also be ready for a great adventure!!!

Driver got us there in 3.5 hours. We could have stopped for 60 pesos water shoes at 100 different shops but he brought us to one that costed 180-200. Half of the pools were closed for cleaning. They ripped us off on the locker price 250 instead of 100. River was brown because of sediment post rain. Overall not the best day for the price.
Hi!! thanks for your review. we have talked with our guide. you need to know that the big signs where the stores on the road are selling aquashoes, the "60 pesos" is just a trap because only aquashoes for kids cost 60 pesos, not for adults. the lockers also have different prices. and sometimes the little pools are being cleaned, so we cannot know when it will happen. thanks for taking this tour with us.

Amazing! Such an incredible experience, going private was so worth it! Ricardo was the best, he informed us of where was best to go and the history of the place but also gave us privacy and time to enjoy the park by ourselves! We chose to get the zip line to the bottom is was amazing! We got there early and left as late as possible with enough time to enjoy the evening in Mexico City!!

Booked this private tour through Viator for myself and my wife. We were promptly picked up at 5am at our hotel in Mexico City by our tour guide in a full-sized, air conditioned van. We were able to easily sleep in the van and we woke up four hours later in Tolantongo. At 9am, the grounds are pretty empty and you have your choice of where you would want to go. It starts to get busy around 11am and that's when your guide takes you to the next area. The hot springs are even better than you see on social media. Not only do you get to hang at the picturesque, infinity pools, but you also can climb through caves and lounge in warm rivers with clear, blue water. This was undeniably a highlight to our trip to Mexico, Epic Journey is a legitimate tour operator, and Gerardo Fuentes was a safe driver and helpful guide.
