The driver was not where he was supposed to be and had go to several cars looking for him. The ride took one hour and 45 minutes. He was on his cell phone on winding roads talking. The guide could only speak English of things she read- not able to answer questions in English. Just awful.
Hi Louise, Sorry to know that you didn't like the tour. The driver was at the meeting point and we assisted you by phone to find him from the cruise ship to the pick-up point. I talked to the driver about using his cell phone in the car. That is not allowed unless it's related to your tour or it's an emergency. I apologize to you about it on behalf of the company. On the other side, what you say about your tour guide is really hard to believe, since she normally works in English for Americans and British and no complaints at all - but good reviews - until we'd got yours. You could have informed us by phone to solve out the issue on the spot, but we did not receive a call, WhatsApp or email indicating any complaint. Once the tour has taken place, we cannot help you and we are deeply sorry that you took that bad perception about the tour when Ronda is always a destination where travelers are very satisfied.
Vanessa was an excellent tour guide. Perfect combination of historical information and its relevance to current day. She was sensitive to keeping our small group out of the mainstream of tourists to assure a quality experience. Highly recommend her!
Great trip especially because it was early I. The day. Crowds are crazy starting at noon. Tour guide was local and extremely nice
Alicia was great! Very knowledgeable and was not rushed with us. There were so many fun stories she was able to share with us and gave us tips for things to do after our tour. Definitely recommend her!
The personal tour guide was fabulous. Alicia, or Alice took me through the entire old and new town giving me a history lesson, exploring the fauna and was very relatable. I hope Archie grows up to be as charming as his Mummy!
Best holiday destination with beautiful view and also for boat riders highly recommended, would definitely visit again very soon.
Sonia was an amazing guide and knew the town since she lives there. Would recommend however we asked the company to give us an hour and a half instead of an hour. They asked for more money which we felt wasn't warranted.
