We had an amazing time in Melbourne. The whole family enjoyed the tour and the guide assigned to us is very knowledgeable and hospitable. He went extra mile to make sure we will have an unforgettable visit. I highly recommend Guydeez. Its definitely a value for money.

We were extremely disappointed that this tour was cancelled by Trip Advisor 2 hours before it was supposed to start. Generally we are very pleased with TA's tours but this was very disappointing

Gabriel was the guide who had zero knowledge of the sites. My husband and I travel a lot and we usually get private tours and most of it booked via viator. The guides we had was always knowledgeable, educated and able to answer questions about each sites. This time the guide who has been in Melbourne for only eight months decided to be our guide. He knew where to take us but if we ask him what, why or how he had no answer. He googled information when we asked him questions but hey we can do that too. I understand that one needs to make a living but if one wants to be a guide please be thorough and informative. We do pay a lot of money!!
We visited Melbourne with Lucas, he is such an excelent guide. He had all kinds of information about the city prepared about the diferent places we went and we had such an awesome time doing activities around the city with him. I would recomend the tour to anyone visiting Melbourne for the first time 100%.
