- Our initially booked tour was cancelled three hours before the start. We re-booked this one - Nobody showed up after 40m of wait - The phone number from the booking was not available - Nobody replied to messages on Viator Be aware! This is the same operator as for some other tours around Vienna. Avoid, do not book.

We had a wonderful tour with Nicoleta. She has an extensive knowledge of Vienna, combined with a true love of the city. Violeta was very nice in that she brought us water and snacks. Unfortunately she does not have a license to be a guide and it showed. She was unaware that we had a 2 1/2 hour tour. She wanted us to tour with her for 5 hours. Some of the things she said to us were inappropriate. I have taken viator tours all over the world and this was the worst tour I have ever taken and the biggest waste of money! She was awful. All four of us actually said we wanted out money back
