Everything was organized very smoothly. I met my guide Daniela exactly at the set time and we spend wonderful 3 hours exploring Manaus. Daniela speaks English without accent and also Spanish (if you want to practice). She is very knowledgeable, flexible and with good sense of humor. I highly
The local guide did not arrive. Also, the many calls, emails, and WhatsApps went unanswered. We waited for half an hour without purpose...

Wir bedauern zutiefst, dass diese Information sowie die Rückmeldung auf Ihre Nachrichten nicht rechtzeitig bei Ihnen ankamen und Sie vergeblich gewartet haben. I booked this tour while in Manus on a cruise ship, so time was a constraint. My husband and I left the ship and made it to the checkpoint in about 20 minutes, arriving 10 minutes prior to the agreed time. I sent the guide a message indicating our location on arrival. Some time later and past the appointed time, he texted back to cancel due to sickness. Over an hour later, I was contacted with an offer of alternative times. By then, we were seriously overheated and we had already made other commitments for our shore time so this tour never happened.
Visiting The Amazon and Manhaus was a bucket list trip for us. Our time with Samuel enhanced our day. It was lovely meeting him and we appreciated the personal service
Walking tour around historic area of Manaus, we could indicate our interests and choose length of time. Samuel was very informative and took us to a great local place for lunch as well as a tour of the fish market.
