I had an incredible experience on a tour in Braga, with the guide Jorge Vilela, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip to Portugal. The city itself is full of history, but having a knowledgeable guide made all the difference in truly understanding its significance. We started at the impressive Porta nova, where our guide walked us through centuries of architecture and religious history in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. From there, we explored charming streets, hidden corners, and local spots I definitely would have missed on my own.
