Questa passeggiata guidata è facile da moderare a seconda delle preferenze del gruppo: lunghezza, percorso e livello di difficoltà sono flessibili. Una passeggiata tipica (moderata) è un anello di 16 km (10 miglia) con partenza e arrivo a Seaford, 5-6 ore incluse pause pranzo e rinfresco. Sono disponibili altri punti di partenza / prelievo - da discutere dopo la prenotazione. Tutte le passeggiate offrono una vista favolosa sulle Seven Sisters Cliffs, Seaford Head e Cuckmere Haven. La tua Guida Matt ti porterà in luoghi conosciuti solo dalla gente del posto, tra cui paesaggi marini, splendide scogliere bianche, fiumi, foreste, villaggi appartati, terreni agricoli e colline Downland. Si prega di indossare abiti e calzature adeguati per camminare! Possiamo rendere più facile per coloro che preferiscono saltare su un autobus per tornare a Seaford dopo essersi fermati per il pranzo, rendendolo accessibile e attivo senza essere troppo impegnativo fisicamente! Itinerario
La nostra guida turistica accreditata ti incontrerà a Seaford Beach e avremo circa 15 minuti per prendere un leggero rinfresco e ammirare lo scenario prima di iniziare la nostra passeggiata
Cammineremo da Seaford Head a Cuckmere Haven con una sosta a Hope Gap (maree permettendo cammineremo fino alla spiaggia). Questo offre splendide viste sulle scogliere bianche delle Sette Sorelle.
Cammineremo lungo il bellissimo fiume Cuckmere fino al Centro visitatori delle sette sorelle.
Ci fermeremo per 45 minuti per bevande e pranzo (non inclusi) al Saltmarsh Farmhouse Cafe. Gli escursionisti avranno anche la possibilità di acquistare souvenir e di conoscere i dintorni del centro. Una breve passeggiata dal Centro Visitatori rivela splendide viste sul serpeggiante fiume Cuckmere. Faremo una breve (ma ripida) passeggiata fino alla foresta di Friston per coloro che lo desiderano. Termineremo il tour saltando sull'autobus per tornare a Seaford.

Expertly guided by the very competent, capable and friendly Sussex local, Matt. The walk is achievable (not too hard) and spectacular. Fabulous views of the Seven Sisters and surrounding countryside. There was ample time to look around and take it all in. I was enlightened by snippets of local history from the moment I was met at the train station.

This was an amazing trip! I was so fortunate to be the only person signed up for the day and recieved a private tour. Matt was so friendly from the first moment we met. He knows the area well and provided historical information along the way. The hike was very manageable and the views were spectacular. Matt took me along the cliffs, through the downs, along the beach and so much more. He had great suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area as well. I cannot say enough great things about this tour and the guide. I highly recommend it!

The views were amazing, we had a well informed tour guide who made the walk very interesting with detailed information, he was very friendly and approachable, took us loads of pictures, he was very respectful, asking and making sure we’re fine and comfortable, I will definitely recommend, we really had an amazing time.
