Situata ai piedi del colle San Cristoforo, proprio sotto i Cappuccini, la torre Aurora divide idealmente la parte nuova di Monterosso con il borgo vecchio.
Perché la sua posizione, dominante sul colle San Cristoforo, dove l'antico castello ha dato origine al borgo, è visibile da tutte le Cinque Terre. Costituisce una forte attrattiva turistica anche per l'alto valore artistico e storico
Conosciuto anche come oratorio di Santa Maria di Porto Salvo, l'edificio fu costruito nel XVII secolo in stile barocco. Caratterizzato dalla facciata bicolore intonacata a strisce bianche e nere
La chiesa di San Giovanni Battista fu edificata tra la metà del XIII secolo e l'inizio del XIV. È uno splendido esempio di gotico ligure.
Lungo il percorso ci fermeremo per degustazioni di prodotti tipici locali, come focacce e bruschette, e una degustazione di Vini DOC prodotti nelle Cinque terre.
Deve il suo nome al colore della veste utilizzata dai confratelli durante le processioni. Come a Monterosso, in ogni paese erano solitamente costituite almeno due confraternite, come testimonia l'oratorio della Confraternita dei Neri.

We booked this tour through Viator! We had a very nice experience! Our tour guide was very informative. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant we visited Enoteca was very good and so was the wine! A great experience!

Tour guide Sonia was wonderful but the tour was way overpriced. Promoted as a food tour but was a wine tasting of 5 wines and focaccia and bruschetta bread with pesto and tomatoes.
Sarah pick the worst restaurants This restaurant should be blocked. The woman was eating food off peoples plates. She said she was the owner.
Sara was fantastic… very knowledgeable and charismatic! She provided a wonderful tour with unique insights about Monterosso and its past and present and capped off the tour with a wonderful wine tasting experience, and even better conversation! And as a bonus followed up with a GREAT dining recommendation! HIGHLY recommend!!!
We took to Montenosso from the spezzia and visited 3 villages out of 5 To avoid corniglia too difficult to reach on foot
We had a great time! Amanda and Alberto were a great team! We loved the views of the Cinque Terre from the water, and the swimming was such a nice experience! Definitely would recommend.
Although it took s couple of phone calls, we connected with our guide, Emilio. We had a splendid tour and wine tasting in Monterosso. A well spent few hours learning about the Cinque Terre!
