Brilliant guide - real passion for history and great at communicating it. Particularly liked the translation of some of the writing on the walls of the Palaces, and the honest lack of explanation for something, when there is none - particularly why are there western paintings and sculptures of lions when Islam forbids such images? We enjoyed the discussion immensely, and the 10 minute break for coffee to pause and assimilate, and the gentle pace with which the tour progressed. An unforgettable morning in an unforgettable place.

The views were amazing fro the generalife. The palaces were breath taking. The knowledge we learned from our guide fully encompassed the history of such a beautiful place. A must do.

We booked a tour in German (received confirmation). This date was coordinated with our Granada stay. Unfortunately, we have received a cancellation for the desired (and confirmed) date. Only in English. After some back and forth we could book a private tour 2 days earlier with Rosa. After initial trouble we must say it was perfect. The tour from 4:45 p.m. in wonderful light and relatively few visitors was a special experience. Rosa took a lot of time and introduced us to the Alhambra and its history. She speaks perfect German. Every cent was worth it. Thank you again.

it was a wonderful palace and also impressive on historical aspects. we could use this private walking tour only since couldn't find any normal tickets accordingly our tour schedule. however, we expected to hear and feel more kind explanation as well as intention more to foreign customer oriented. and was also difficult to meet a guider at a meetig point.

No one forced you to book a private tour and once you completed the booking with Tripadvisor, we received it and it was managed by us. In regards to the following point, we know it can be difficut to meet the tour guide at the meeting point during the high season, that's why besides your voucher, we sent you a map with the exact meeting point and provided the name and phone number of your tour guide and the emergency phone of the travel agency for assistance. We also talked to the tour guide and from his side, everything was perfect and he didn't realized that you needed more care. We apologyze for this last point. Our guide was very personable and demonstrated in depth knowledge of the site. We learnt a lot and enjoyed ourselves. It was worth paying for the private tour.
We had a great tour with Antonio. He was very engaging and gave us a very comprehensive and balanced history of the Alhambra. It was very cold that night but we got beautiful photos and we practically had the place to ourselves!! The tour started on time and the booking process was very easy. We booked only a few days before so had to go at night. Overall, the tour was a success and we enjoyed the visit very much.
