Great experience
The Mercedes passenger van was great for the small tour group (13 people). Michael the tour guide was very knowledgeable and was terrific. The city tour was fun and 2 hours of time at Butchart Gardens was plenty of time for us.

Disappointed customer
The tour company won’t wait for you if the ferry docks a few minutes late. The tour was booked to depart at 11:30. The Seattle to Victoria ferry arrived a few minutes late. After going through customs we reached out to Viator and let them know we wouldn’t be at the designated departure point until 11:35. We were told they could not wait and we would have to get to the tour site on our own. Taxi with tip cost $75. Tour company did not offer to compensate.

Excellent experience
The gardens were stunningly beautiful. A brilliant experience and extremely colourful. Our driver Jacob was very informative and also gave us a great city tour.

Gardens were beautiful but I will never book a guided tour again. Terrible service
I am very disappointed I was charged $250.00 for this tour for me and my Mom and did not receive the email with the meeting place so I had to wait at Buchart Gardens for 2 hours for the tour guide to show up with our tickets to get in. We didn't get the tour and could have just paid $44 to get into the Gardens. The tour guides name was Michael and he didn't offer any compensation. When I called their main offer they just told me to wait for him. This was very poor service and way overcharged.

The meeting point for the tour is at our Experience Victoria Gift Shop at 911 Government Street and a narrated drive to and from the Gardens is included in the offering. As transportation is included in the rate, we were surprised when you made your own way to Butchart Gardens. When the Gardens team called to let us know that you were at the gate, we made sure to expedite your entry and that you did not have to pay anything extra for the tour. Best tour guide ever
Banff was a fun filled trip with beautiful places to visit. Mark was exceptional and made the trip memorable. he has great sense of humour and engaged us through the ride from Calgary to Banff. We had so much fun I highly recommended going on tour with Mark.

Beauty in the making
The tour was really nice. The place is beautifully arranged and the flowers were well kept and beautiful. Definitely a must see if you like flowers and gardens. Good for a good stroll.

Very interesting tour of places of interest in Victoria and then 2 hours at the Butchart Gardens to enjoy the stunting flowers and landscaping.

Fun
Our tour was with Viator and was booked through TripAdvisor. Our tour guide Michael was very knowledgeable on the tour through the town of Victoria and gave us plenty of time to go through Bushart Gardens. The gardens were as beautiful as the pictures. My granddaughter and I loved the colors and flowers and structures of the gardens.

Butchart Botanical Garden and Victoria
It was an excellent excursion. Our driver gave us an extensive tour of Victoria with very good explanations of what we saw. The botanical garden is beautiful, quite large, but easy to walk. The facilities are excellent.
