This was the worst Viatour tour we’ve ever had. The tour picked us up 1 1/2 hours late. The van was crowded with other guests The tour leader never provided adequate narration
Abu Dhabi is different from Dubai. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Emirates Palace are two interesting sights. Be careful what you wear when visiting the mosque. We had to buy kandourah (men) and abaya (women).
The guide was great! I recommend it. Abu dhabi in one day is all you need. So this tour is perfect for that

Beautiful place, the palaces, the grand mosque, the interior and all was amazing and the tour guide provided to us had deep knowledge of the area which made our tour memorable. Thanx for make our tour so special. Must recommended to everyone.
I booked this tour thinking it would be with Shabeena as her reviews were great! We ended up getting picked up by Faizan Mirza and a driver. At first it was great, they were very respectful and knowledgeable-the whole ride there we were given information about he buildings. Once at the Mosque, they dropped us off at the parking lot and said they would wait for us. Every other tour group had their guide with them giving them information, we were on our own. From there we where taken to the Emirates Palace and a few other beautiful stops. Then we were dropped off at a place were rugs were being sold, this was an undesired stop and not part of the tour (per our knowledge) we were persuaded to buy rugs, jewelry, clothing. It was uncomfortable to say the least. Then we go to a restaurant next door which at first we where hesitant to go to but decided to stay since we were there. This is were it became weird, we got our table and the guide said they would be upstairs but then they came down and had a VISIBLE argument with management because they sat another tour guide with us. The guide was in front of us hastily eating, visibly upset. We leave and on the drive back he says he requests for me to give him a five star review, when I say I will do review later he says no do it now and pulls out a wi-fi device which he had not shared at all the rest of the trip. When I don't fill out, because I will the review when I am ready he stays silent the rest of the way. As we were leaving all pleasantries were gone and did I hear him say " a twenty would be good"? Wow. My husband didn't hear and gave each a $20 bill out of the kindness of his heart. Personally, I would not recommend this tour to friends. There's so many options, no need to feel uncomfortable in a country so far away from home.
Well Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your time to review, It would be much more appreciated if it was honest as well, At first you mentioned the Driver and guide were nice, The Guide was very informative and had given you information on every building passing till you reach the Mosque, Did you forget the guide took you in to the Registration Area and Helped you register for each one of you, and helped you scan all the Entry Passes for Mosque Entry. Moving Forward, Our Guide and Drivers are very respectful and educated Staff, they will never ask for a 20. you are insulting and degrading them. Which you should think mam before you say it please. At Least ask your Husband maybe he can clarify you in much better way. Moreover you have mentioned about the rugs n all, Please look into the Tour information, it is mentioned an Art Gallery Visit, which is given to your and shown the things are available there to see and to buy which is absolutely your choice to see and come out for the nest place visit. Well you are our guest and it is our responsibility to always Respect you and we will continue to do so, i would request you to look into the rest of the reviews it might be more helpful for to understand, did we (Any of our Staff) ever ask for a 20 ?. If we talk about the WiFi Mam, it was informed to you from the beginning, The have Bottled Water and Wifi available for you and immediately you requested for a Bottle of Water. A fantastic tour. This tour won’t disappoint! We had a fantastic tour guide who was very knowledgeable. She gave us lots of historical and cultural information and was more than happy to answer questions.we enjoyed stops to look at local produce and warm up a bit. She also offered recommendations of other things to do/ see and places to eat during the tour. Definitely a must when visiting the city!
A true sample of excellent tour and tour guide... We had a fantastic tour in Abudhabi with the help of our fantastic tour guide Shabeena. She was on time and well organized and full of good information. During the tour she guided in all safety and without confusion. She showed us the best of Abudhabi and it's heritage. She made our experience unique and gave us memories to last a lifetime. Her cultural information was amazing. She was easy to understand and to converse with. Our group enjoy this tour. She definitely made us love this place. We would definitely recommend Shabeena to any visitors looking for the best tour.
