L'incredibile Palacio Alcorta (ora Museo Renault) è stato costruito con una grande pista da corsa e in cima è stato convertito in un complesso residenziale di lusso nel quartiere di Palermo Chico, Buenos Aires.
Ospitato nella splendida residenza Beaux-arts Residencia Errázuriz Alvear (1917), espone la loro collezione d'arte e altri oggetti stravaganti, e vale la pena visitarla per dare un'occhiata al mondo delle ricche famiglie aristocratiche argentine all'inizio del XX secolo, ispirate al Royal Palazzo di Versailles in Francia.
L'elegante edificio moderno del Museo d'Arte Latinoamericana di Buenos Aires (in spagnolo: Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires, MALBA) si trova in Figueroa Alcorta Avenue, nella sezione Palermo di Buenos Aires. Creato dall'imprenditore argentino Eduardo Costantini, La missione del MALBA è raccogliere, preservare, ricercare e promuovere l'arte latinoamericana dall'inizio del XX secolo ad oggi. Ciò comporta l'educazione del pubblico sugli artisti latinoamericani e sulla diversità delle partecipazioni culturali e artistiche in questa regione.

Buenos Aires is my second favorite city after Bogotá, its architecture, food and shows are countless and all very good and special. Walking tours of the best
This tour is fantastic! Of all the tours available, we were drawn to this one because of the small size, and incredibly glad that we were. Not only does the small size make it easier to navigate the narrow pathways of the cemetery, but also makes it much easier to hear, learn, and engage throughout the tour. The guide, Carlos, was at the meeting spot early to greet us (and called us beforehand to confirm and provide more detailed instructions for the meet-up), then proceeded to give us an incredibly fun and informative tour of the cemetery and surrounding area. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the cemetery's history and many of its residents, which he uses to tell stories about their lives and deaths that also paint a picture of the history of Argentina itself. And in case that sounds dry, rest assured he's also very funny and charming (he had us laughing out loud on multiple occasions). The tour was so good that we decided to book a different one for the following morning that went into more of the history of the country and how it's shaped the current political and cultural environment. I would HIGHLY recommend both!
I just finished this tour. The guide was amazing - he shared so much interesting info and history that I had to find a place to sit down and make notes so I don't forget it all. We went all over Recoleta and one of the Palermo neighborhoods. We closed out our time together with him marking up my map with things he thinks I'll be interested in seeing based on our conversation. This is a great way to get an in-depth and really interesting walk back into history.
We took this tour, which focuses on the cemetery. Our guide, Elizabeth, was amazing and all the historical knowledge she knew of the graves and the people in the cemetery. It was a walk through Argentine history. The cemetery is gorgeous and so is the church next-door. Unfortunately it started to rain, but Elizabeth graciously gave us her umbrella. It was a wonderful afternoon despite the weather.
