Shelby was great, we did the half day tour and she made sure to pack in as many sites and activities as we could! She made things easy and customized the tour based on our preferences/what we wanted to do. We were able to explore the lava fields, South Maui, Oneuli Beach, and the inland waterfalls. We even got to see some neat wildlife along the way as well. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Maui looking for a customized tour of the island!
This tour was hands down, the best we’ve experienced in a long time. Shelby listened and took us to the places we wouldn’t have been otherwise. Off the beaten path and into the lava fields. We saw sea turtles, a monk seal (it was huge!). Then on to the bamboo forest for a hike. We crossed a fast flowing river on our way to see the waterfalls. Amazing isn’t enough. Shelby was knowledgeable and so sweet to entertain us and keep us busy. Time well spent. Money well spent. Perfection. Thank you Viator and thank you Shelby.
This was an absolutely amazing tour, the day was truly centered around things that me and my husband wanted to do. We went to a waterfall and we also went cliff jumping where there were no crowds. Climbed down a cliff side to sit in some saltwater pools, harvested some bananas, and went on a few different hikes. We ended the day with a snorkel with turtles. It was the perfect adventure for our honeymoon in Maui. Thank you to G for making the trip special for us!

Our customized island excursion with Maui Customized Island Tours was hands down the best experience we had on the island. From start to finish, it felt like we were spending the day with family. Our guide, G, was not only knowledgeable and laid-back, but genuinely cared about making sure we had the perfect day. We got to do exactly what we wanted—from jumping off waterfalls and diving with sea turtles to scenic stops and hidden local gems. G took tons of amazing photos for us along the way, so we could just enjoy every moment without worrying about documenting it ourselves. What really stood out was how flexible the day was. The experience is completely tailored to your group’s vibe, whether you’re feeling adventurous or just want to relax and take in the views. It was the ultimate stress-free, unforgettable way to see Maui.

All I can say is, what an awesome day! My bucket list just got smaller. Shelby took me to places I would have never found on my own. Everything from cliff jumping at Black Rock, taking amazing pictures of the water crashing on the cliffs at Dragons Teeth to snorkeling with more sea life than I could have ever imagined. Then finishing off the day with a great little hidden burger shack with incredible milkshakes. Was worth every penny, as I would have spent a week driving around the island trying to find these hidden spots.
