Nantha, my driver for the day and was punctual, very helpful, and offered a better alternative to one of my options. He drove me to a stunning waterfall area which involved a great hike in nature following a series of waterfalls. Could have stayed at that spot all day. Perfect choice. After we headed off to the zoo mainly I wanted to see the pandas. The zoo has many interesting wildlife and was excited to see tepirs and a black panther. Had 2 hours there but 3 hours would have been better if we had the time. After we drove to a huge bird park. Well worth a trip there as well to round the day off. The beauty about a customised day is that you do only those activities you choose. For me the day was about nature and wildlife. Nathan is a very safe and calm driver, fully trusted and highly recommended.
My wife and I took a private tour, so we could see the things we like and take our time in each one of them. Our designated guide/driver was Raj. We don't have words to describe how much we appreciated Raj and his work. Such a nice person, with great personality, very kind, patient, and attentive. He didn't rush us at any point, and always had some interesting piece of information to share with us! We couldn't remcommend him more. Don't forget to ask for Raj to be your guide!
I booked and organised three tours with them out of Germany. Contact via WhatsApp was smooth and efficient. Car provided was clean and luxurious. Guide (Steven) was punctual and proficient in English. He could answer all our questions and showed us around very professional. Five of five stars, can 100% recommend their service!

Tour was excellent and very convenient, we got picked up at our place on time and went straight to the sightseen. The tour is flexible so we could skip parts that we have seen and add on others we missed. The driver was very friendly and gave some informations as well. We had a great time , can highly recommend this tour, it will give you a great impression of this amazing Town.
