We did tours in Pompeii, Rome, and Florence and Giovanna was our favorite tour guide. So knowledgeable, welcoming, and funny! She made us appreciate the art in ways we otherwise would not have. She also gave a great book recommendation for me to read to help share some of the knowledge we learned today with my history classes!

Patrizia is wonderful and very informative. Overall enjoyed tour..Only reason I am giving 4 is for the headphones, not fitting properly. These probably are more sanitary than the inside ear buds but do not stay on ears.

Polina was full of great information and helped us make sure we saw many of Ufizzi’s highlights. Her excitement about the art made the experience even more amazing.
My mom and I really enjoyed this tour of Uffizi gallery. Our guide, Annette, was excellent; she was like a friendly history professor, leading the tour at a nice pace and really knew her stuff. We’d recommend this tour, and it’s certainly worth it to bypass the very long line!
Audio guide was not flexible or user friendly so we abandoned it. We could not find the starting point. We could not find descriptions of pieces we wanted to hear. In our case the price of the audio guide was wasted money. The Uffizi Gallery is spectacular however and Viator helped get us in the door. I would have preferred a different audio guide experience.

It was cancelled because the gallery limited tickets due to an AC issue. Only day in the city and we missed out on one of their top attractions. We’re from the US so not like we come to Italy much. Not sure when tours can buy tickets, but if they could early then this is unforgivable. Almost no one in line to go into the museum when we walked by at our tour time.
Dear Robert_S, Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry for the cancellation of your Uffizi Gallery tour. To clarify, the cancellation was due to a severe regional heatwave that forced the Uffizi administration to suddenly close the museum for safety. While we always secure tickets well in advance, a force majeure closure means all tickets become invalid and entry is barred for everyone—which is why the lines were empty when you walked by. We notified you immediately upon receiving this last-minute update from the museum. While this situation was entirely outside of our control, we deeply regret that it disrupted your trip.
Our tour guide was so kind. She spent extra time with the younger kids on the tour. She was incredibly accommodating. Some of the other guests were running late and she was nice enough to allow them time to meet us. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.
