Il Circolo d'Oro è la destinazione più iconica di Reykjavik. Durante questo percorso potrai goderti paesaggi meravigliosi e visitare i tre luoghi famosi dell'Islanda: l'area geotermica di Geysir, la cascata di Gullfoss e il parco nazionale di Thingvellir.
Thingvellir è una destinazione importante sia dal punto di vista storico che geologico. Qui fu fondato il primo parlamento islandese alla fine del XX secolo e rappresenta inoltre la divisione visibile tra placche continentali eurasiatica e nordamericana.
Strokkur è il fratellino o il famoso Geysir che non è più attivo. Strokkur però è ancora molto attivo soffiando acqua in aria ogni 7-10 minuti. A questa fermata si può anche acquistare cibo.
Gullfoss è una cascata del fiume Bianco Hvítá. Ha due gradini di 11 e 21 metri e vi vengono aspirati più di 100 m3 d'acqua al secondo.
Kerið è un iconico cratere vulcanico di 55 metri di profondità.

Great day out despite the long distances. Blue Lagoon for 2 hours was divine. Waterfalls & crater also impressive. Also enjoyed fault lines/ridges/rocks/oldest Parliament Althinghi
Great tour to the Golden Circle and Blue Lagoon. Tour guide (Denis) had fantastic knowledge of the history of Iceland. Places of visit was a very educational and great to see. Definitely want to come back for another tour.

Guide Denis is knowledgeable and patient . The tour ends with 2 hour at blue lagoon , which is amazing .
This tour completed our visit to Rejkjavik and the tour operator Halle was very knowledgeable. He also included and extra trip to the south part of the island to view lava fields and black beach.
The tour packed in so many amazing sites in one day. Although it was a long day, it never felt that way with so much to see and do. The blue lagoon was an added bonus experience. Tip: leave conditioner in your hair before going in to protect it. Our tour guide, JP, went above and beyond. He spoke all day about interesting things and gave clear information about each of the places we visited. He even made a side stop on the way back to see the more recent Lava fields. All in all, a wonderful tour.
We really enjoyed the experience. Quite a full day. Our driver Halli was timely and provided a great orientation and insights on Iceland. He allotted ample time to enjoy each location. If you have only one day in Reykjavik this is a great way to fit it all in.

Halli was the best tour guide! He was able to provide history and details that made the tour more enjoyable. It wasn't just a here on the left side you see a red house.... Worth every penny!
