If you get Mario as your guide be prepared to have a GREAT time. Mario brought wonderful humor into the history tour. He’s by far as memorable as Palatine Hill. Using Viator was a great way to bypass the long lines
Thank you so much, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed our Roman Forum guided tour with Mario!
Terrific tour! our guide gave us a real feel for the history behind the temples, arches, and buildings throughout the Forum - he was very knowledgeable and also had a great sense of humor! My husband had some mobility issues which he took into account and kindly gave direction to us! All in all a fantastic experience!
Thank you so much - we are glad to hear that you enjoyed our guided tour at the Roman Forum. We look forward to welcoming you back into one of our guided tours in Rome!
This tour was top notch! Our guide Eleanora moved us along early so we were the FIRST to the Colosseum floor and FIRST to get pictures/views before the crowds poured in. She was funny and informative. I’ve been to the Colosseum on my own, and this tour is 100% the way to go. You won’t have to fight the mobs of tourists and you’ll learn and laugh. Highly recommend!!
Thank you for your feedback! We are glad to hear you enjoyed this experience with us! :)

It was very hot but the guide kept us very interested and stayed longer as it took a little while to get in, very informative

Tour of Palatine Hill and Roman forum was excellent. Our guide Francesca was very knowledgeable. She made the experience with our small group extremely enjoyable. Definitely worth the time.
Thank you so much for your feedback! We hope to see you again on one of our other tours in Rome :)
Purchased the " small group tour of Roman forum, Palatine Hill and Circus Maximus specifically because my husband races horses and made circus maximus his top sights to see. The small group tour combined people with differently named tours together. Our guide walked us through Roman forum and up to a lookout point at which time we realized that we're not only not going to circus maximus but could not see it, as the lookout point was on the wrong side. Our guide said he never does circus maximus and suggested we walk back with him to speak to the tour operator. The other people in our group had to do the same as their tour was supposed to have circus maximus. We were on top of palatine hill for less than 5 minutes before the guide walked us back, which was a huge disappointment as there is so much to see there. Back at the kiosk we were told that there is " nothing to see at circus maximus" and that we could have seen it from top of palatine hill. Both of those are incorrect as our guide did not have time to walk us to a place on the hill to see circus maximus. We ended waking over to circus maximus and did a wonderful tour with vr goggles and guide. Would highly recommend. Later that day we also did a separate tour of palatine Hill and were amazed how much was there to see . Don't let your guide only take you to the one lookout, there is so much more there. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the original tour, as it was very pricy and we got so little experience for it.
Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience caused by not visiting the Circus Maximus as originally expected. However, there appears to have been a misunderstanding as our tour description clearly states that the Circus Maximus will only be viewed from the top of the Palatine Hill and will not be visited. However, we value your feedback on the guide's performance and conduct to improve our selection process and provide better experiences for our future clients. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@touriks.com to provide us with the day and time of your tour or the name of the guide if you remember it to investigate your feedback further. Thank you
Excellent tour guide which was humourous and had lots of interesting bits of information. We got a lot out of the tour. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for your feedback! We hope to see you again on one of our other tours in Rome :)
Our tour was wonderful. Daniele V was a great guide, born and raised in Rome. The area was crowded but he got us around most of the people (“Roman Traffic”). We have been to Rome several times but we learned many new things. The small group tour was a great idea. Unfortunately the cit government has placed more restrictions on the underground part of the Colosseum so we were not able to view those parts. Daniele’s love of guiding shows and I would highly recommend him.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are so glad you enjoyed this experience with Daniele and we hope to see you again on one of our other tours in Rome :)
Enjoyed the tour with Rosy, an excellent guide. Booking it was simple and the information that came with the ticket was very useful. Also appreciated being able to upload it into my wallet. One day earlier we were informed that the start of the tour was moved from 11:30 to 11:00, which suited us fine.
