As usual, they want to make you buy from whoever they want Limited information
Wonderful guided tour among the beauties of the city of Lecce. Our guide Luigi Leante was able to show us the architectural beauties, the history, and numerous peculiarities of the city
Nice, diverse, and interesting visit
The guide was very knowledgeable. It was a whistlestop tour to the Jewish museum and I felt we needed a good 45 minutes there. It was a shame we didn’tget to spend more time at the Jewish museum. We had a brief look at the Roman Arena from above. It would’ve been better if we had gone inside to have a look. I would suggest doing the Jewish museum and the Roman Arena before you go on this tour. I would also suggest buying the €21 ticket access to all the churches and the Cathedral and the Bell Tower. This tour was an added extra for us and he did discuss the Roman , Baroque and renaissance architecture but we saw very little on the walk. I saw more when I was visiting the churches during the day.
Hello everyone, I wanted to share my opinion on this magnificent city that is Lecce. I had been told about the beauty of its baroque architecture, as well as the kindness and creativity of its inhabitants. I can now confirm that the reputation of this city is fully deserved. I advise everyone to go there, if only to stroll through its historic alleys, admire its heritage, and enjoy its peaceful and charming atmosphere. Lecce is a city that truly deserves to be discovered.
Maria was an excellent tour leader . She was great at her trade and her knowledge of history of the city , the region and Europe lead to her ability to conduct such a great walking tour of Lecce . She was able to answer questions comfortably and spoke great English . The second part of the tour which was to visit the underground Synagogue was not as great , as our tour leader who was somebody else showed up late and they just showed us a movie .
Super interesting, this visit was a wonderful discovery, our guide was passionate, what more could one ask for...
Very beautiful experience and highly recommended! The guide Luigi Leante (I include the surname not knowing if there are others with the same name) in my opinion has an ability to intrigue beyond the content of the story thanks to his way of presenting and his stage presence. It was pleasant to discover the history of a part of the historic center of Lecce that we otherwise would have struggled to grasp on our own. The time passed lightly
The guide Luigi Leante is very cultured and prepared. Lecce is a beautiful city. Too bad about the unwelcome commercial promotions.
Our guide Patrizia was very good and informative. She used the whisper system mic and ear phones which worked well for our group of about 12 people. She also did a good job of trying to keep the group in the shade and with breaks in the heat.
