Henry was a very informative guide and very accommodating. I did this hike with friends and I had a few moments that I struggled with. They were patient and waited for me to catch my breath with the altitude. The guide and porters were great and the view was beautiful. The cabin was comfy and we were prepared for all weather conditions during the meeting before. I would highly recommend this tour!

This company was amazing. Having the company set up the buses and sort out the food for us was amazing and a huge benefit. The guides were amazing in making sure everyone was able make it to base camp by letting us take breaks every 20-30 minutes this was a huge help. Highly recommend booking with OX

Genuinely the best tour company to hike Acatenango through. The local guides and company guides were great with setting a reasonable pace and stopping frequently to let people adjust to the altitude and accommodated for dietary requirements and physical injuries. The company clearly cares about the environment and urges hikers to collect rubbish. Also they show great care and contribution towards the community by educating tourists on issues and providing jobs for the locals as porters. It was a superb experience. Honestly, I think OX is the best agency. The guides are perfect and share their stories with us; the food and water are provided by the company, as well as most of the equipment. They also do their best to show us the best of Acatanengo and El Fuego.
