Sayeed was a brilliant tour guide. Very knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend recommend!
We booked the guided tour of the cathedral for August 15th. We arrived at the statue of Charlemagne 15 minutes prior to the 445 start time as directed. The tour guide did not arrive, when I sent a message I received a call asking where I was. The meeting point was changed without any notice to me. When she arrived I was told there would be no guided tour inside the cathedral or expedited entry because it was the holy day of the Assumption. I told her that I would be requesting a refund of my $254 because what I had purchased wasn’t able to be provided. I sent a refund request that day and was informed that no refund would be granted. We took tours of Normandy, Kensington Palace and Stonehenge and had a great time. If the tour wasn’t able to be given because of the Holy day then my booking should not have been accepted and I should have received a refund. This experience has soured what was otherwise a great vacation in Europe.
Sayeed was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and really enhanced my experience of the cathedral. Beating the line was a big plus but his expertise on every detail of the architecture, history, artwork and religious significance of each element of the building was really superb.
The only regret we had was that we had one French speaker and there was no accommodations for him

We were a few minutes late which was nerve wracking but Dianna was kind and they were still outside so made it. It was great to have an inside tour especially post-fire and the small group and headsets worked well and had great access to the guide. Well worth it and Dianna was knowledgeable and had lots of photos too to compare the before the fire and now restored Notre Dame. Thank you!

Our guide Saed was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We booked the tour that covered the outside of the building and inside. We had been before, but it was the first time we learned so much about the inscriptions on the outside of the building before the entrance. He took time with the tour answering all questions and pointed out a lot of extras that if you did the tour yourself you would never have found out about. .

Too bad that when I went the interior was still closed for construction, but the exterior is truly beautiful, I hope the interior is just as nice, recommended

The guide arrived late which wasn’t a good start but the tour was definitely worth waiting for. The guide was really interesting and informative. He was also very accommodating with the group considering the crowds. Go early, it’s worth it!
