Our trip was one for the ages. Elmar, our exceptional tour guide let us see spectacular places and sceneries we never expected to be this wonderful. He made sure that all of us is well taken care of and our safety is top most important . With his joyful approach, it made our tour such an AMAZiNG experience. For all the travellers who wish to go for a trip to Shamaki and Lahij, we definitely would recommend Elmar from TES Tour to guide you 1000%!!!
Flexible guide, added an extra stop or two. Didn’t see anything in Samakhi and didn’t visit the museum or the mosque in Lahij. Not as advertised.
So friendly guide showed me many attractive palaces. I can feel the different aspect of Azerbaijan from Baku.
Smooth process of booking with Tes Tours! They have been prompt in answering our questions in Whatsapp before we booked the tour. We had a great tour with Isa who was very accommodating and who did his best to answer questions that we have about Lahij, Shamaki and Azerbaijan. We had traditional Azeri tea overlooking a nice view and Fasali bread on the way. We stopped by Diri Baba, Juma Mosque, and even crossed a Suspension Bridge. Although the ride was long, both Shamaki and Lahij was worth going to. On the way back, we stopped by for lunch at a restaurant overlooking a winery. Thanks to Isa for making the long ride fun by introducing us to Azeri music. Thank you Tes Tours! 🙂
