Dopo aver incontrato la nostra guida e gli autisti presso il tuo hotel, riceveremo un briefing completo sulla sicurezza su come guidare la Vespa d'epoca e le istruzioni su come salire e scendere comodamente e facilmente dalla bici. Impareremo anche semplici segnali da usare durante la guida. La nostra guida turistica ci fornirà un itinerario dettagliato e chiederà eventuali esigenze alimentari speciali. Una volta che saremo completamente preparati, scenderemo in strada per intraprendere la nostra avventura.
Il nostro tour inizia con una visita a un ristorante a conduzione familiare che vanta la migliore torta al vapore, Banh cuon, ad Hanoi. La nostra prossima tappa è un ristorante di 45 anni specializzato in Bun cha, un piatto locale di maiale alla griglia con vermicelli, oltre ad altre prelibatezze come Banh goi (torta a cuscino), ciambella locale e involtini primavera freschi/fritti .
Dopo aver gustato i gustosi piatti, navigheremo attraverso le animate strade del centro storico, dove i venditori espongono lanterne colorate e luci per la decorazione. Il nostro giro ci porterà poi al Fiume Rosso, dove potremo ammirare la vista mozzafiato della città di Hanoi di notte su entrambi i lati. Seguendo le stradine, arriveremo a un ristorante di pesce barbecue locale, dove ci aspettano piatti di pesce appena pescati e cucinati.
Le nostre guide turistiche ci porteranno a fare un giro a West Lake, dove potremo scattare splendide foto notturne. Qui, possiamo assistere alle guardie che marciano al ritmo della musica cerimoniosa per abbassare la bandiera al Mausoleo di Ho Chi Minh, dandoci un'idea dell'immenso rispetto pagato dalla gente del posto per questo evento quotidiano.
Successivamente, faremo una sosta in un bar locale nascosto che serve Egg Coffee dal 1946. Questa è la tua occasione per provare il miglior caffè della città e concludere la serata in bellezza con una bevanda unica e deliziosa.

Wow what a fun experience tonight zipping around Hanoi on Vespas, experiencing the cuisine and taking in all the exciting sites of Hanoi at night. Linh our guide was warm and so friendly while sharing her knowledge of the Vietnam cuisine . The food was amazing and we were very full at the end . Our drivers Shang and Thuong (I think I have his name correct) were fantastic . We would so recommend this tour !!

I was in Hanoi for a short time and although I had been here previously wanted a fun food tour. Shang was my guide and Khang was my Vespa driver and I had a great time. You move around Hanoi to different parts and each stop is a different and tasty experience. I would recommend for a person on their own or a group. You will be well looked after and you get to experience Hanoi, safely on the back of a Vespa. Note: The food was the highlight!

Exceptional food tour and tour guide. All of the places were unique, clean, high quality food and in different parts of the city. I saw much more on this tour and felt like I was traveling like around like a local because I was. Shane, my driver shared slot about food, culture and history of Vietnam. OMG what a brilliant food tour!! Summi and her crew were so accommodating as some had allergies to seafood. We experienced true Vietnamese breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and train street. This Vespa food tour was one of the highlights of my trip! Riding through Hanoi at night on the back of a Vespa was such a fun way to experience the city — you get to see places you’d never find on your own and the food was incredible at every stop. Big thanks to our amazing drivers Khang, Cuong, Bach, and Chris — they were super friendly, funny, and made us feel safe the whole way. We had an amazing experience seeing the city from the back of the scooter. Shang and Bao had a lot of insight on the history and the delicious food we were able to try! I had the pleasure of embarking on this experience through the streets of Hanoi. As you would expect, I was initially skeptical to travel through the streets on a Vespa. However Chris and his team were were exceptional drivers and I felt at ease after no time ! The food was great and Chris was very knowledgeable and understanding to some of our unique needs. What made the expereince for me was the great chats we had as Chris was not only really interesting but a hilarious man too !
