Absolute fantastic organisation. Logistics was good, food was good. The entire experience makes me want to go back again with the same operator. We had one crash, where our teammate suffered from Multiple Rib Fractures. The Tour Organiser was very prompt in their medical response and evacuation. They were totally in control of the situation, and provided acute support to our hospitalised teammate. Great Job
We had a great day cycling in Khan Khenty National Park with Mongolia Biking. Everything was well organised and professional It was a tough ride at times, especially when the wind picked up, but it was a good challenge. Apart from the wind, it was perfect cycling weather when we did the tour in early May. We loved riding alongside vultures, yaks and - of course - many beautiful Mongolian horses! Our guide Bayaraa was very welcoming and had lots of interesting information to share about Mongolia. Our driver Nara was never far away with the support vehicle and snacks. A great experience. Thank you!
I joined a private cycling tour with Mongolia Biking Experts LLC and it was genuinely one of the memorable travel experiences I’ve ever had, from the first inquiry to the last of the trip. Dashka was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all my questions. He provided a clear information and accommodating our preferences. Since we reached Ulaanbaatar midnight, he arrange a hotel for us for early check-in so we can have a good rest after a long flight. Everything was organised and exceeded my expectation. We had a short tour within the city in the afternoon after we had a rest. We went to museum and learned some fact and history of Mongolia. We watched a Mongolian show which was so entertaining especially the contortionist part. We were warmly welcomed with a welcome dinner and ended with farewell dinner, which first time i had in any tour. I find it so thoughtful and memorable touch. Our cycling guide, Chuuka was great. He was patient, friendly and highly adaptable. He adjusted the cycling routes to suit our pace, ensuring the ride was challenging but not overwhelming. The pacing of the tour was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed and we had breaks in between allowing us to rest. The camping experience was equally unforgettable especially waking up in the morning surrounded by nature and sight of cows, horses, sheep, and goats. Although it was windy but they provided us high quality equipment for camping so we can sleep well. We also got to visit a Ger and mingle with locals, which gave us a meaningful glimpse of Mongolian culture and hospitality. Shoutout to our chef who prepared us a nourishing and tasty meals. I considered the food is one of the highlight of this tour as it was prepared with care and presentation was impressive even we are in the remote area (it seems like we are eating in fine dining restaurant😋). The tour includes an airport transfer which making the trip seamless and stress-free. Kudos to the entire team who went above and beyond to make us feel safe, comfortable and well-taken care of.👏👏👏. I highly recommend Mongolia Biking Experts to anyone looking for a well-run adventure in Mongolia. I will definitely choose them on my next trip in Mongolia.
Thank you, Mary!
The scenery is picturesque, the weather is pleasant, the tour guide is friendly, the chef’s cooking skills are outstanding, and the driver is very safe while transporting passengers. Unfortunately, we didn't get to the location of the Genghis Khan statue. Although we couldn't shower for three days, we were still able to use wet wipes and, thanks to the dry weather, our bodies didn't smell. This is a journey worth experiencing.
Thank you!
This experience is great! It's very adventurous! It's not the same as normal travel! I like the arrangement of the trip - it's not too commercial The guide will explain to us what happened long ago! A great guide will see that everyone is really an unforgettable trip! My friends are all interested in wanting to ride together in Mongolia around next year!
Thank you!
Really enjoyable day trip so went on another trip to the Hustai Park a few days later. Staff really helpful and friendly. Provided Vegan lunch, Decent bikes maintained well.
This was a great way to get out of Ulaan Baatar for the day and see the countryside. Was awesome to be able to ride through the hills and witness nomadic life so close to the big city. The guide and bike mechanic that rode with us were great and easy to talk to. And rhe driver was never too far behind with timely snacks and a nice lunch to keep energy levels up. Finishing at the great Khan museum was a great way to end the ride and our guide gave us some good insights into Mongolia history. Highly recommended easy day trip out of the city and a great way to get some exercise while seeing the countryside
Thank you Jamen!
