Do not participate in this activity 'with this tour operator because you book time before and then they cancel the reservation. they tell you to rebook again because they canceled by mistake.... but now the cost has increased exaggeratedly. (they do it to collect more money) To avoid absolutely are ruining my vacation in Cappadocia.

A very exciting and magical experience in Cappadocia! I did the jeep safari and the hot air balloon tours and they were just amazing! The jeep safari was such a unique adventure through the valleys of cappadocia. I especially loved the sunrise and rising ballons that we got to watch! Hot air ballon tour is also so magical, our pilot also taught us lots of interesting history about the area. I was quite scared that out balloon was going to cancel as there were pretty strong winds so, hard to control lifting but the crew were very helpful and we flew on time to picture the sunrise!! Once in a lifetime experience absolutely no regrets!!

10/10 recommend!! This was a breath taking experience from start to finish. The team were very helpful and nice (especially thanking the pilot Ali) and the view from above was gorgeous and very instagram worthy. Definetly try this out!

The company canceled our flight the day before with no outreach on rebooking for another day. Horrible customer service for a company that provides a service that many people make a trip to Cappadocia for.
Hello , if it is cancelled because of weather , you get full refund because all day was full maybe couldnot postpone to next day but I could not find your name on 8 or 9 oct requests. When was your balloon flight?
