Went early in the morning when water was calm and less wind. Saw some dolphins slashing. Kayaked along marsh and near piers looking for shrimp and crabs. Was good experience for group age 8 and who went. Bring water and sunscreen . Definitely would be hot if not slightly cloudy or later in the day.

Water and sunscreen always are a good idea regardless of time of day. The water does tend to be at its calmest early in the morning. For those reading this please note that dolphins are very likely any time of the day as most days we see dolphins on all four tours that we do including morning, afternoon or evening! So good, good for school aged kids. Its hot here tho for those not local. Go early, sun protection, be ready to be hot. So many dolphins tho! Todd was an excellent guide.

We’ve kayaked several times while in Hilton Head so we didn’t really experience anything new. Mike, our guide, was super friendly & knowledgeable. He shared many interesting facts about dolphins & other sea animals. Unfortunately, the dolphins were not out at play during our tour. But we did enjoy the exercise & just being out on the water.

This was the most beautiful experience in the water. We saw dolphins, egrets, pelicans, and more…. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us some fun facts about the area and wildlife. This is a must when traveling to Hilton Head. We will do this again.
Of course we love reviews that start with the word "Amazing"! For 25 years we have been doing our very best on every tour to provide amazing experiences! We hire friendly fun and polite guides, are sure they are trained well and knowledgable and from there let the dolphins make it "amazing"! Fortunately we are located right in the middle of one of their favorite feeding grounds so it's very likely most of our guests will get this same great experience! Thanks again! Dave
Started off checking in, going over how to Kayak for newbies. Gave out vests, grab a paddle and walked down a ramp. I explained my knees aren’t great- guide was very patient and helpful with me getting in and out. Great Adventure- even if it was raining!

Great experience!! MR. Joe Tour Guide was very knowledgeable and had lots of facts about dolphins!! BEST part was the dolphin Gary that came right up to our kayak and we seen him smile and swim away gracefully!! We showed up, he didn’t disappoint!

Of course the dolphins are completely in the wild and we have no control over what they do and when but this close up encounter experience happens very often! There are maybe 20 -25 dolphins of the 100's that live in the area that we have named over the years because we see these guys so often and they seem to enjoy us and much as we enjoy seeing them! Wonderful tour! Destiny was incredible and super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Wish the dolphins would have made an appearance though. But even better the manatee did!
