If you're lucky enough to get Preston as your kayak guide, you're in for an incredible experience. From the moment we started in the van, he was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing the area with us. He made everyone feel comfortable on the water, whether they were experienced paddlers or complete beginners. What really stood out was his passion for the local wildlife and environment. He pointed out things we would have completely missed on our own, shared fascinating stories and facts, and answered every question with patience and expertise. His positive energy was contagious and made the entire tour feel relaxed, engaging, and memorable. Preston struck the perfect balance between adventure, safety, and fun. You could tell he truly cares about giving every guest an amazing experience, and he absolutely delivered. This was one of the highlights of our trip, and a huge part of that was thanks to him. He even helps you with photos so you can have proof of your experience ;p I can't recommend Preston highly enough. If you're booking a kayak tour, request him if you can—you'll leave with great memories, a deeper appreciation for the area, and a smile on your face. Five stars isn't enough!

5 star for Haley and river dogz. This group did a great job communicating before the trip. Haley, our guide, was amazing. We had a wide variety of experience among our group and she was able to keep everyone safe and give a great expierence for all. She was very knowledgeable of the tour and made it entertaining. Highly recommend. We drove ourselves so can’t comment on the pickup.

I went on the 4 mile trip to the emerald cave at Willow Beach. It exceeded all expectations. The trip in total was from around 930am to 430am with the hotel pick up. Preston was a great guide, very professional, informative, and a lovely guy to spend the day with! The views in the area are spectacular. This is a good trip for beginners, everyone in the groups sticks together.

What a perfect day! Becca was our tour guide and she was amazing. She shared so much history with us and kept us engaged. We had a mixed group of strangers that came together like old friends it just all fit. Pick up and drop off was a breeze, the ride over was nice. The equipment was clean and up to date. The trip to the cave was beautiful!!! Plenty of water and snacks for all. Hands down worth it! Ask for Becca and you wont be let down, her energy and love for the trip was honesty the best!! So glad I booked this trip.

Guide was amazing! Thr cave itself was a little disappointing, but that had nothing to do with River Dogz 😊 Will definitely come back and request Griff as our guide again!
