Devi essere in condizioni fisiche adeguate (ogni canoista deve pesare: meno di 120 chili per gli uomini, meno di 100 chili per le donne ed essere in grado di entrare in una cabina del kayak di dimensioni 80 cm di lunghezza e 40 cm di larghezza) e in condizioni mentali per partecipare agli sport attività, anche pericolose, e di essere esente da qualsiasi disturbo impeditivo. Non saranno accettate persone con disabilità gravi e donne incinte dopo il terzo mese. Non saranno accettate persone con disabilità gravi e donne incinte dopo il terzo mese.
- Durante le lezioni incontriamo spesso onde di un piede (30 - 40 cm) e altro traffico navale.
- Per ogni lezione sono forniti due kayak doppi. Quando in un gruppo sono presenti solo adulti, la guida decide sul posto chi utilizza il kayak doppio in base alle sue capacità fisiche.
- La lezione può essere annullata dall'istruttore nei seguenti casi: 1. Condizioni meteorologiche avverse: vento forte, pioggia, nebbia, fulmini e trombe d'aria, eventi, manifestazioni, scioperi o altre condizioni che rendono lo svolgimento del corso insicuro o impossibile. Il tirocinante verrà contattato per organizzare una riprogrammazione della lezione annullata. 2. Se un tirocinante arriva ubriaco o drogato. 3. Se un tirocinante non soddisfa i requisiti sopra menzionati.
- La lezione può essere riprogrammata dall'istruttore in caso di cambiamenti nell'orario di lavoro o nei lavori interni del club in relazione a importanti eventi sportivi o qualsiasi altra circostanza relativa ai processi interni del club.
- Pagaiare è un'attività sportiva. Richiede forza, concentrazione, attenzione e uno stato mentale e fisico positivo, quindi assicurati di essere preparato. Prima della lezione riposati, fai qualche esercizio per riscaldare i muscoli, non mangiare troppo e non bere alcolici. Preparatevi a fare sport fisicamente e moralmente!
- * Non utilizzare il telefono o la fotocamera mentre si pagaia. È vietato utilizzare telefoni o macchine fotografiche durante la lezione, dovrai lasciarli in un armadietto. L'istruttore scatterà delle foto per te e te le invierà dopo la lezione. Non c'è problema se filmi con una Go Pro o una fotocamera attaccata a un cappello o a un giubbotto di salvataggio, poiché puoi remare liberamente.
- I bambini di età compresa tra 8 e 17 anni sono invitati a partecipare al corso, ma solo in kayak doppio con i genitori o gli istruttori (non possono navigare da soli).
- Se c'è una sola prenotazione (un singolo partecipante) per un tour, un orario e una data specifici, la guida può riprogrammarla per consentire al singolo partecipante di unirsi a un gruppo condiviso.

Wonderful experience in Venice, like a dream really. Everyone can ride the gondola, and don’t get me wrong, that is amazing and iconic, but who has kayaked through the canals of Venice? Many times as we crossed under the bridges, others were stopping to take pictures of us. Beautiful time. Having said that, some experience in kayaking is not a bad thing, and the waters can be wavy in the larger canals, but once in the city? Magical.

An absolute must-do! The most authentic way to experience Venice ✨ This wasn't my first time kayaking with Nicolò, and it certainly won't be my last! I first discovered them in the summer, and as someone who loves Venice but hates the crowded tourist lines, I knew I had to try it. If you want to escape the crowds and truly feel the soul, history, and culture of this magical city, this is the perfect experience. Nicolò is an amazing guide. He doesn't just give you the usual tourist clichés; you get real historical insights, cultural context, and local stories. But he also knows when to just let you enjoy the moment. There is nothing like paddling through the quiet canals, watching the fish swim in the water, or spotting a seagull trying to open a freshly caught crab. It’s a peaceful, authentic Venice that most people never see. The city was built on water, and exploring it from the water changes your whole perspective. I’ve done this tour in the summer, and I even had the privilege of going on the very last day of the year when the canals were completely empty. It is magical in every season! Don’t worry if you’re not an athlete or have never kayaked before—it is completely safe, easy, and relaxed. You really have no excuses not to try it. It is worth every single penny. A very good experience to see Venice from the water, and to go at your own pace; the tour is long enough to see many things. Very interesting explanations from the guide Nicolò, a glimpse of Venice that we would never have had otherwise.
I toured with Cao Rio Kayak and it was one of the best outdoor experiences of my life. Venice seen from kayak is something magical: silent, authentic and full of incredible views that you normally can not see. The organization is perfect and the atmosphere super relaxed, but the real difference was made by the guide Nicolò: nice, prepared and able to convey all the passion for Venice and kayaking. It made the tour even more engaging and fun. Absolutely recommended experience, both for those visiting Venice for the first time and for those who want to experience it in a completely different way. One of those activities that really sticks with you.

This was a fantastic way to see the city. We crisscrossed throughout the smaller canals, learning about the architecture and rich history, and had a bunch of fun
Wear a windbreaker and comfortable clothes, it got cool. Bring water. It’s a good workout, fun and with beautiful scenery!
