Great show, terrible service on board. Spent 125.00 US dollars and could never find the waiter. Confirmation stated unlimited drinks but actually was limited to only a few items although they had a full variety of spirits. The food was marginal, the entertainment was good.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. If you go to a restaurant for 2 people in Istanbul to eat (with alcohol of course) you have to pay about 100 dollars. Our ship is a new ship, it started operating about 2 months ago and it is one of the best ships in Istanbul. There are extra dance shows and entertainment events that other ships do not have. We picked you up from your hotel without any problems and dropped you off at your hotel after the tour. Your table was private and the tables were not interconnected like other ships. Our dance shows and entertainment events are very good, you liked that too. You are right, there may have been a little delay in the service. It is not easy to serve food and drinks to 250 people at the same time, sometimes there can be delays. Considering these, we expected you to give a more FAIR comment and score.
Absolutely horrible to escape. The starter is served before you arrive so a little hot for salads but it remains ok not crazy either. Then comes the joke of dinner, a kind of mixture of puree and beef seems to smell like feet. My daughter takes the fish an infamous overcooked fish fillet. The manager is asked to serve us the starters instead of the main course after waiting hours and several repetitions of the request ma.fille.a.finally could eat something bulgur. The toilet has not been cleaned for a long time so disinfectant wipes mandatory the filthy smell and broken glasses... The toilet brush that carries the stigmats of several years of work ... You will have understood if you are offered this cruise refuse immediately... My only regret I had no battery to document
It enabled us to have a wonderful evening with unique views of the Bosphorus. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Live music and dance shows made the night even more special.
Excellent evening, pick up and drop to hotel, great entertainment the crew work so hard, good food , the scenery of Istanbul at night was beautiful. For the price it was amazing, we paid for alcoholic drinks , always topped up, staff welcoming, I really think it is great value and a lovely night out on on holiday!
The unlimited drinks are a positive. Nice evening cruise where you can see both sides of Istanbul at night. Our waiter Mubarak was great… kept the drinks and food going all evening for us. Was hard to see the show as too many people were standing recording on their phones depriving the rest of us a view. Other than that, it’s good value night out. Their on-boarding process needs a bit of work though, very inefficient.
It was a fun boat tour on the Bosphorus. We had a pleasant evening with meals and dance shows. The team was very professional and welcoming. There are different menu options on boat tours. You can choose from fish, chicken or meat menus.
Avoid this tour & save your money...please. firstly, it starts so late that it's completely dark out, meaning you don't get to see anything other than the lights from buildings. The included "traditional Turkish Dinner" was an absolute joke. One of the starters was, I kid you not, 2 chicken nuggets. Not even good ones at that, straight out of the oven! The main course was very bland. We tried both kofta and chicken and both tasted of nothing and had definitely just been warmed up. Unlimited drinks was a positive, but getting one of the waiters attention and them actually delivering it to you means you won't have more than 3 drinks. The entertainment dancing was nice, we think? We could barely see it from where we are. Trashy party music is blasted so loud you can't hold a conversation. I'd avoid this one for sure.

We did not use the word "traditional Turkish Dinner" in the tour details. This tour is not a traditional food tasting tour. A 10-course snack and appetizer plate is served before the main meal. This also includes 2 pieces of nuggets. So it looks like you saw something very, very interesting. The ship primarily proceeds along the European side coastline. And you can see the historical buildings there very clearly. Then, after reaching the second bridge, the ship spends some time in the middle of the sea. You claim that nothing is visible by taking pictures at that time. Besides, who would go to a place where there is alcohol, dancing and music to chat? I ask you, when you join a tour, to understand what it is and rate it honestly.
The trip was canceled without any information being given to us. We had to spend a long time on the phone to get information. What will happen to our price for the boat trip?
Die Tour am 24. März wurde aufgrund einer technischen Störung am Schiff abgesagt. Die von Ihnen angegebene Telefonnummer hat nicht funktioniert. Deshalb konnten wir nicht richtig mit Ihnen kommunizieren. Wir haben Sie über die Rezeption des Hotels, in dem Sie übernachtet haben, kontaktiert. und Sie haben zugestimmt, am 25. März an der Tour teilzunehmen. Unser Fahrzeug holt Sie also nach 1-2 Stunden vom Hotel ab. Es ist unethisch, solche Bewertungen vorzunehmen und schlechte Anschuldigungen zu erheben, obwohl man diese Dinge weiß. Bitte ändern Sie Ihren Kommentar.
It was great to see the magnificent view of Istanbul from the sea in the evening. The tour is all about entertainment, including dance shows, dinner, etc. It provides a nice experience with its features.
