Esplora un'azienda vinicola a conduzione familiare vicino a Padova e approfondisci i vini prodotti. Ambientato in uno storico casale in pietra, partecipa alla degustazione che mette in mostra quattro vini distintivi che riflettono il nostro terroir: spumanti, rosati e rossi realizzati con Merlot, Cabernet e molte altre uve autoctone d'Italia. La guida spiegherà le pratiche viticole. tecniche di cantina e trucchi da sommelier professionista. Abbina ogni vino a una selezione di specialità regionali, tra cui il salame artigianale "Sopressa" e un tris di formaggi stagionati.

Annidata alla base del maestoso Castello del Catajo, una tranquilla strada di campagna si allontana dalla strada principale per rivelare un'aristocratica residenza di campagna. Qui l'architettura, il cortile in trachite e gli edifici agricoli rispecchiano il profondo impegno della famiglia Salvan per la terra. All'interno del cortile si trovano le cantine, circondate da estesi vigneti. Dal 1914 qui vengono prodotti i rinomati vini "Pigozzo": vini commoventi e che sollevano lo spirito che riflettono l'essenza della regione. Incontra gli artigiani dietro i vini.

This is such a wonderful wine tasting experience! The hosts are very knowledgeable about their wine and the winery itself is so beautiful! The wines were all delicious and the hosts very gracious. Giorgio even gave us a ride to the train station after our tasting!! We would come back any time we are in Italy, would highly highly recommend l.

We really enjoyed our tour of the grapes and the wine tasting. Our host answered all our questions and provided us with education and local cheese and meat tastings. We really enjoyed and highly recommend this tour.

Great experience, the walk along the wineyards and try different kind of grapes was amazing. They taught us the correct way of tasting wine.

Highly recommended to discover a wonderful farm of this land. You can feel the love of this family for the activity and the search for quality for wines production. Amazing tour of the vineyards, where you can discover how the works on soil, and the variety of grapes. Excellent wines, among the best we have ever tasted; the host was very kind and enthusiastic, the tour is well organized and makes you feel immediately at ease.
