Un ottimo tour se stai visitando Kinsale per la prima volta! Questo è il modo per vedere il meglio assoluto della città di Kinsale e tutte le attrazioni intorno al porto di Kinsale. Usando le e-bike, la tua guida pedalerà con te intorno alla costa, visitando possenti forti e bellissime spiagge. Dalle strade ad alto livello, ci fermeremo per goderci la vista di Charles Fort, James Fort e pedaleremo attraverso Kinsale colorato e pittoresco. Visiteremo Sandycove, dove potrete provare ad avvistare alcune delle popolazioni di capre selvatiche che vivono sull'isola di Sandycove. Il ritmo è rilassato e le viste sono spettacolari! Si prega di notare che questo ciclo è più adatto a ciclisti sicuri che si trovano a loro agio con ripide salite e discese e sono felici di pedalare nel traffico. Qualsiasi tempo rimanente non considerato nell'elenco delle attrazioni viene speso in bicicletta ed esplorando la zona di Kinsale in bicicletta elettrica. Itinerario
Il nostro punto di incontro è nel parcheggio del Cork College of FET, Kinsale. Qui ti daranno bici e caschi. Faremo un ciclo di pratica prima di partire per assicurarci che tu sia a tuo agio sulla tua ebike!
Passeremo davanti al Bulman Pub di Kinsale, diretti a Charles Fort.
Pedaleremo fino al magnifico Charles Fort che è una delle attrazioni più popolari della zona. Charles Fort è una struttura a forma di stella della fine del XVII secolo. Ci fermeremo qui a dare un'occhiata da fuori.
Pedaleremo lungo il percorso costiero della Wild Atlantic Way. Grande scenario!
Avremo una vista mozzafiato di James Fort mentre pedaliamo lungo le strade principali intorno al porto di Kinsale. Questo forte fu costruito nel 1607 per sorvegliare il porto.
Parcheggeremo le moto per qualche minuto per goderci la piccola ma popolare Dock Beach. Da qui si può godere di una vista sul Forte Carlo da tutto il porto. Normalmente ci sono buone viste di barche che navigano nel porto e spesso nuotatori di mare che sfidano l'acqua fredda!
Pedaleremo lungo l'insenatura fino alla zona di Sandycove. Ci fermeremo per un po' per goderci la vista dell'isola, nuotatori di mare e barche. Nelle giornate limpide, si può avere una buona vista della Old Head of Kinsale (una penisola con faro, torre di segnalazione e ben noti Old Head Golf Links).
Il tour terminerà nello stesso punto in cui abbiamo iniziato. Normalmente ci saremo fermati per un tè / caffè o una bibita (inclusa) in uno dei pub, caffè o roulotte del caffè lungo la strada.

We LOVED this tour...it was one of the best things we did in Kinsale! Ruth was a terrific guide...and provided a fun tour of the beautiful coastline, farms, and points of interest around Kinsale. She was easy going and delightful! Highly recommend!!!

Great morning. Lovely views of Kinsale harbour. Quiet roads. Coffee stop at Charles Fort. Our guide Ruth was great and had obvious concern for our safety. Lots of information about other things to see and do while in Kinsale.

This is a fantastic activity when visiting Kinsale! Ruth worked with us to schedule a private tour that would fit our time requirements. This is the perfect way to get an introduction to Kinsale. The route, the history Ruth shared, the conversation and overall experience that Ruth provided was just great! Our group of 4 couldn't have picked a better activity for us all to do together. Our 30+ year old's are still raving about it...definitely one of the highlights of our time in Kinsale!

1000% an absolute MUST DO activity when visiting Kinsale! We considered just renting bikes and exploring the town on our own, but this would have been a huge mistake. The route, history, conversation and overall experience that Ruth provided was spectacular. The tour is 2 hours, and includes a stop at a local coffee shop. We needed to cancel the coffee shop as we had a prior commitment that afternoon and Ruth was very accommodating, ensuring we didn't miss anything. We learned so much about the region, people, and community and got a number of great recommendations for the remainder of our time in Kinsale. THANK YOU SO MUCH RUTH!
