Not sure whether this company is still in operation. Booking went through, the page for the booking of the bike tour read : 7:00 am start time at Mustache Jaipur. We as a family drove 20Km in the early morning hours to the address listed on the booking to find that no one is there, no one knows about any tour, no one picks up the phone or responds to whatsup on the listed phone no... Nightmare. Finally viator support came on whatsapp - they tried on their own, did not work, told us that booking can be canclled with full refund but that is all they can do. We asked viator if they could find another tour (since we wasted the time to get there) - but viator could not find any thing else. So we agreee for the full refund and tried to figure out something on our own. Wish viator had a way to properly vet their vendors and their offerings. For example a simple verification is as soon as the booking is complete does the vendor acknowledge in messages. If not some thing wrong
We loved our tour with diksha, we saw the real jaipur life and amazing places in Jaipur. The tour was very personal and was adjusted to our needs. We could not have asked for a better tourguide and day in Jaipur. Highly recommend!!
Such a good tour, early enough to avoid the hustle and bustle &heat. Lakshay brought us to all the cool places and knew everything about the pink city! Recommend!
I had the best start for my second day in Jaipur! The tour by Bike was fun, safe and beautiful! Loved the experience of biking through the streets of Jaipur and discovering the City in a different way!
We had an awesome cycle tour with Harshit in the morning. He picked us up at Moustache Hostel. First stop was an tasty traditional breakfast. Afterwards we toured the whole pink city, had some chai and sugar cane juice. Harshit was really friendly and told us many interesting storys and facts about the different places. We always felt very safe and the bike tour in the morning was actually quite refreshing.
I took this tour on my own and really enjoyed it. It was a great way of experiencing the city culture from within. Harshit was an awesome guide, we had great talks and he gave me time to take photos whenever I wanted. Highly recommend him.

I booked this tour thinking it would be a 3 hour bike ride with some guy chatting away but was surprised Harshit went above and beyond what I thought he would do He took me to parts of the city that seemed untouched He’s Mannerism and his persona shone over the whole tour it was like he was the tour. Always making sure I was safe in busy traffic, always included interesting fact about the place, activity or food we were having. I would like to give him my heart felt congratulations and thank him from the bottom of my heart for what was truly an amazing experience and will truly remember this tour forever Karolina
