Ponza non ha molte spiagge, ma questa spiaggia di ciottoli è la più vicina al porto e la più popolare. È anche la nostra ultima tappa prima di tornare al porto.
Una volta atterrati al porto di Ponza nel tardo pomeriggio, è il momento perfetto per passeggiare per il centro storico, gustare un aperitivo o un gelato ed esplorare i negozi.

i loved it! needs more vegetarian options for lunch as only option was plain pasta and olive oil, which was shocking ! but riccardo was lovely and the island was beautiful.
Noted! Our tiny little boat kitchen makes it difficult to find options to suit all tastes and dietary restrictions, and while we do our best we appreciate any feedback that pushes up to innovate and improve. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your day with Riccardo and hope you visit us again!
Ponza is beautiful and well-worth a boating excursion. It was convenient to book with this tour, because we could get ferry tickets from Anzio to Ponza that were otherwise not available anywhere. That said, unfortunately the atmosphere of the boat is less than relaxing, with the guide giving the tour from a blaring loud speaker. It was giving me a huge headache, and in my opinion the ride would’ve been much better without the incessant facts about the island. They should focus on making the experience more relaxing… Between the first and second swim stop, we were riding on the boat for what felt like an hour. It was way too long to be on such choppy waters and I had hoped that the swim spots would be closer together. The lunch was pasta and OK, they didn’t offer to give us water or any beverages throughout. There were a lot of other people on board and the boat is small. Not much room to lay down anywhere or relax.

On the long stretch between swim stops: the timing isn't fixed but depends on the sea conditions each day, and yours happened to be unusually choppy, which isn't typical. Very good experience. We enjoyed the whole trip and Mara was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would highly recommend taking this day trip. Only thing we wished we knew was to bring your own towel :)

Great way to see the coastline of the island while having a fun cooling relaxing time swimming at 5 locations. This cliffs, caves, nooks were impressive. Water is remarkably clear. Snorkeling enabled great views underwater. The boat was full, many Europeans on vacation (I am from the US on a cruise). By the first swimming spot we were all comfortably mingling together. Food wine and water offered - nothing special but it hit the spot. Definitely do this is you have the chance.

It was a splendid experience from the very first meeting with Valerio, our guide: a truly adorable person. The organization was impeccable, from the departure from Rome by minibus to the arrival in Anzio, where we boarded to reach Ponza and begin the tour, until the return to the city. On board, the crew proved to be extremely courteous and the lunch was delicious. An experience to live at least once: once you reach the end, the only desire will be to start all over again.
