Unfortunately, we were not able to utilize the hop on hop off bus as planned due to a collision that occurred when a car hit the bus head on. Fortunately, no one in my group was injured but it caused a major interruption of the tour and resulted in us having to walk to a tram station. The accident was NOT the fault of the bus driver and the police and ambulance arrived quickly. The one place we did get to see was breathtaking so I’m sure it would’ve been well worth it, had we not crashed.

This service was not worth the money. They only had one bus travelling around so you have to wait about an hour for the bus. It does not stop close to tourists attractions. For what you pay you are better off getting public bus. There were also 10 seats that were broken and not in use so there was not enough space for everyone to sit upstairs. Save your money get the public bus.
one whole side of the bus at the top was out of bounds with broken seats which severely limited the number of people who could access the top of the bus and let's face it..... you see nothing from the bottom! The staff were not very helpful, the air conditioning downstairs was not working and all in all it was not a very pleasant trip.
Bus was an hour late - later explained 2 buses were missing. Broken seats on bus. Staff under pressure. No communication or apology from local help desk. Transferred to other route at next stop so trip to Fiesole was nice. Broken audio outlets on some seats (poorly maintained vehicles). No offer of apology or refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND at all.

We took line A. The top of the bus had a shade and it really helped in the sun. Good value for money.

I would want a refund for the 3 days I paid for this service . The first day we couldn’t even find the bus stops . The second day we found the bus stop and a bus was there ,but the person onboard shouted no one else is getting on ! We waited for the next bus . The two people with red vests on did not know timetable ,we’re not interested if you weren’t buying from them . Also just crossed the road to the shaded side and stood there giving no information about when bus would arrive . Got on bus but could not get off at any sites as this bus does not go near any SITES . And I couldn’t not get off and then have to waste time waiting for the next bus . I have used city sightseeing buses all over the world. This one was abysmal . I have never experienced such shoddy customer service or waste of money . I still have my ticket to prove I did not use the bus on 7th or 9th of July . Please reply to this review .

We would like to clarify that our bus stops are clearly indicated on our map, website and Google Maps, and our staff are available throughout the city to assist visitors. If a bus was full, the driver was required to refuse boarding for safety reasons, which can occasionally happen during peak periods. Regarding the route, our stops are located as close as possible to Florence's main attractions. Due to the pedestrian nature of the historic centre, large buses cannot access the monuments directly, so a short walk is necessary. While we regret your disappointment, our service helps thousands of visitors enjoy Florence every year, and we will nevertheless review your comments with our team to continue improving the customer experience.
If I could have given it zero Stars I would have! This was the worst hop-on hop-off bus tour ever, the buses skip stops, never stopped at all, we're always late, sometimes came every hour. Sometimes came every 20 minutes. The app that they have is absolutely terrible, doesn't show real-time buses and the people on the bus don't communicate and are nasty!

We love the bus tours. Great thing to do early on in your trip to familiarise yourself with the city. Love the maps, the individual headphones to listen to the commentary if you choose. I like to do this do I find out more. Recommended

Waited over an hour to find the Blue bus not operating to a schedule as a bus was out of service. Then Red bus wait was 3/4 hour so only got to use part of the Red line twice in the day. Was a waste of Money. Timetable totally useless. Half the advertised service not operating correctly. Very disappointing tourist service.
Just ok... guide difficult to understand and not on que with actual location
