Questo tour in auto privata è abbastanza completo per qualsiasi appassionato di storia, ma altrettanto interessante in altri modi per i nerd non storici. È una combinazione unica dei siti della Guerra d'indipendenza a Boston e Cambridge che non avrete mai visto. Poi su Lexington e Concord per vedere le città dove è stato sparato il "colpo sentito in tutto il mondo". Prenderemo lo stesso percorso di Paul Revere, fermandoci nei siti più significativi e meno conosciuti lungo il percorso dando un resoconto dettagliato degli eventi dell'aprile 1775. Per coloro che sono meno interessati ai dettagli delle battaglie, c'è la possibilità di visitare la casa di Louisa May Alcott o semplicemente prendersi del tempo per godersi la graziosa strada principale di Concord. L'itinerario fornisce l'elenco dei siti che visiteremo, ma gli orari sono flessibili per permetterci di trascorrere del tempo nei luoghi che più ti interessano. Ci fermeremo anche per il pranzo (non incluso nel prezzo del tour) e ci sono un sacco di opportunità fotografiche.

Fermati in questo ex quartier generale dell'esercito britannico e ospedale da campo (1775) e ascolta una descrizione del viaggio di Paul Revere nella città di Lexington.

This was a great tour and very educational as well as fun. Everyone in our group had fun and Martin is a wonderful guide.
We had the pleasure of spending two full days touring Boston with Martin, and the experience exceeded all expectations. He provided a comprehensive and engaging overview of the city, seamlessly blending history, storytelling, and local insight as he guided us throughout Boston. What truly set Martin apart was not only his deep knowledge—especially around the American Revolution—but also the way he brought the history to life. His background and passion for the subject made every stop more meaningful and memorable. In addition to covering the must-see highlights, Martin took us to several lesser-known locations that most tour companies don’t include, which made the experience feel even more unique and personalized. Beyond his expertise, Martin was simply great company—professional, personable, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with over the course of two full days. I would highly recommend Martin to anyone looking for a thorough, insightful, and enjoyable tour of Boston.
Martin was fabulous…. I know my history… but Martin knew all the additional small details- the things that can bring the past to life in a way that few can! Martin is an outstanding guide, and a great guy to spend a day with!
Christian was phenomenal. Very engaging and knowledgeable about all aspects of the Revolutionary War and the places we visited.
This day trip is full of historical information and gives a tremendous amount of detailed information for history buffs of all ages.
We had a great day and saw all the sights that we wanted to see. Christian was so knowledgeable and personable, he made the day enjoyable and so much more history than we expected. He has a real passion for history and it made our experience all the better!
Martin, our tour guide, was excellent in all respects. More than knowledgeable and a good communicator, he was congenial and kept things going at a good pace. In Boston the historical sites are limitless but Martin did a super job of showing us the most important and interesting. Our kids (ages 4, 7, and 11) enjoyed all of the Revolutionary War sites but particularly the literary sites in Concord.
Martin is an amazing guide. He is knowledgeable and his presentation was easy to follow and enjoyable to listen. We enjoyed his company and his stories. We learned a lot and the sites chosen were spot on. Very good tour with personal preferences along the way. Highly recommend this.
Christian was a wealth of information about American history. We loved his anecdotes, which took us far beyond the facts of the American Revolution and gave us a glimpse of the lifestyle, challenges, ingenuity, and humor of the times. My sister-in-law is a social studies teacher. She was especially delighted to gain this added insight into American heritage! Both my brother-in-law and sister-in-law have hearing impairments, so traveling with Christian in a minivan, with his full attention and his intentional voice amplification, was a special advantage.
Martin was an excellent tour guide. Our tour was on a bad winter weather day but he made it interesting and fun. He went out of his way to make sure we saw some important attractions that had been closed the day before. The tour is set and covers the important sites with good historical background. It is also flexible to meet your interests and desires. The best of both worlds. Martin even gave us some advice about where to go the next day. Highly recommended.
