Tour immersivo del Camp Nou Biglietto Museo F.C.Barcelona

The reservation was not accepted at the museum or at the ticket office. I had to repurchase the tickets there. We were told they do not work with this vendor.

Great immersive museum for football lovers. It was worth the money although did end up paying for photos and football penalty on the day. There was an issue that we didn’t have the qr code so make sure you have it before you get there otherwise you’ll have to call up and get it sent to you which was a bit of a faff! Worth it in the end though!

We were told to meet your representative under a green umbrella near the entrance by 9:30 am sharp. They were never there. Finally the people at the museum entrance helped us.

A nice museum even if you don't know much about it. The trophy room is impressive, just like the final video that gives you chills.

I would avoid booking through Viator/Julia travel. The information and documentation does not state that the voucher needs to be redeemed at a Julia travel agent ( I have had bookings before where this is a requirement, no issue when the information is given), the meeting point clearly states the stadium. When this became apparent, I was unable to reach the agent via live chat or phone call, I reached out to Viator support and advised them and they also tried to reach Julia Travel and were unable. No support just informed they would request a refund, new tickets purchased direct at the stadium for a later tour as we had missed our window. Received an email stating no refund due to policy. Very bad/costly experience and one to avoid.

DO NOT BOOK THIS - the information received does not detail that the voucher issued is not the ticket and that it needs to be redeemed at an agents office before use. No access to customer support, calls unanswered and live chat ignored. After failing to reach the agent, contact was made with Viator support who also tried to contact the agent and failed. I was advised a refund request would be placed. I purchased new tickets direct from the stadium. Received an email stating a refund was refused on my booking - this is unacceptable, had the information been clear and details given on exchanging the voucher at purchase the instructions would have been followed. Fraudulent and misleading with no customer support - Previous response from Julia travel advises Viator are aware of the ticket terms - However this information isn't given or clarified on the booking confirmation with the meeting point clearly stating the stadium. This tour should not be available.

Very good experience, sorry the field/stadion is in reform. We could only enter the museum

The tickets I purchased were not valid. They needed a QR code that I was not provided. I had to purchase tickets at the location so our plans were not interrupted. I’d like to get a refund for my purchase through TripAdvisor.

We booked the Spotify Camp Nou Experience and Museum and deeply regretted bothering. It was listed as 69 euro each but for some reason it was 79 euro plus 4.50 in 'fees' each - meaning 83.50 a person when we booked it. For this you get 35 min tour, which meant a 5-10 min walk from the meeting point to the stadium plus 5-10 mins talk from the guide, 5-10 mins on the buildong site, and then a walk back. You stay in only one part of the stadium, listening to loud construction work so you cannot hear the guide at all (our guide did not even wait for all 80 or so visitors to reach her before she started talking). You are then standing in shade so it is impossible to take a photo where you can see your kids faces as well as the pitch in sunlight, and you cannot move within 50 rows of the pitch to do so. Then there is a very standard museum tour where they make you queue take a photo against a green screen (to sell to you later) before they even let you in. We were in Benficas stadium tour and museum last year and it was so much better (and a fraction of the price), likewise any of the Premier League stadium tours we have done. There is no need to bother with this. If you want to give Barca your money then just buy a jersey instead.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WITH VIATOR. This is a 3rd party voucher through Julia Travel. First you must pick up your voucher about 20 minutes away. We decided to pick it up a few days early to prevent having to go the morning of the tour as it was a bit of travel time. They printed the voucher and we arrived on the date we scheduled. Once we arrived they told us these vouchers have the wrong date (dated the day we picked them up 6/30 although our Viator date was booked 7/1) they also told us these vouchers were duplicates. And could not let us go inside. Now I do have to appreciate the professionalism of the stadium as they did work with us and eventually let us into the tour. This is a great experience and I do recommend however until Viator can work with another company for vouchers I would suggest to book direct with the stadium.
