It was a great experience, we got to explore the city and was able to walk around the area and enjoy the amenities. The driver and the co-driver was great and friendly people
We took the hop-on hop-off bus tour today in Puerto Vallarta, and our guide, Javier, made the entire experience absolutely fantastic! (That's his friendly face pictured in image.png!) Javier went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a perfect layout of the city, letting us know exactly where everything was. A major highlight of the tour was when he took us to a really wonderful local chocolate factory—it was an incredible experience that we wouldn't have known about without him! His warm personality, excellent recommendations, and top-notch service truly made our day. If you take the Vallarta Tour, do yourself a favor and look for Javier. 5 stars all the way!

I had to postpone my tour for a day because of heavy rain. It was great the hop on hop off tour was canceled and I had no problems meeting the bus and taking the tour the next morning. The driver and the guide were excellent with enough information but not over loading me with too much. I was the only passenger due to low season in Puerto Vallarta so I had plenty of attention. Rafael and Oscar were perfect hosts.
Good experience if you want to visit 3-4 sights in a day and spend coupe of hours at a single location.
Nice ride through the city streets and the country side where you can see different types of hotels and B&B tucked away
False advertizing. One bis on route broken and in the shop so the 1 hour interval between stops was changed to two hours. Unscheduled stops for 40 to 15 min. Air-conditioning dident work well. Nice service reps on the bus , also 100% of passangers were complaining and upset. I felt bad for the serivice rep, he guaranteed us a refund if we e mailed trip advisor the i havent yet recived because he spoke with his supervisor who is the contact for tripadvisor. Ughhh would not reccomend.

As stated in our description, our service operates as a hop-on hop-off tour, giving guests the opportunity to explore the city at their own pace. The stops made during the tour are scheduled so that passengers can visit key locations, take photos, or choose to stay longer and board the next bus. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected issue with one of our buses, which was beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and we would like to assure you that your refund is currently being processed.
Bus was nice and crew was good. Couldn’t hear the audio at all. Stops were short or way too long. We ended up returning him me in a cab.
Bus smelled of bathroom. Only stopped at 3 stops for 10-15 minutes. Tour was meh....
