Itinerario
Il nostro tour inizia con la Colonna di Traiano dove passerai per Via dei Fori Imperiali con vista sul Foro Romano (chiuso a quest’ora), il centro storico civico. Sede del vivace mercato, governato da usurai e negozianti, questa era Roma al suo meglio. Qui i politici tenevano comizi prima delle elezioni, i soldati marciavano trionfalmente lungo la Via Sacra e le Vestali decidevano se gli uomini vivevano o morivano.
Ammira una vista spettacolare del Foro Romano (dall'esterno). Anche gli antichi romani raramente vedevano il Colosseo così: vuoto, tranquillo e fresco. Ma lontano dalla folla e con la tua guida a portata di mano per riempire qualsiasi dettaglio, è facile immaginare l'arena come era una volta.
Con l'espansione dell'Impero Romano, anche gli spettacoli del Colosseo si sono espansi. Entra nel Colosseo dopo l'orario di apertura e goditi una visita più tranquilla e suggestiva. A seconda dell'opzione selezionata, è possibile accedere alle aree riservate, tra cui il piano Arena. Con meno folla e condizioni di luce mutevoli, goditi eccellenti opportunità fotografiche e scopri antichi graffiti che rivelano le storie di coloro che vivevano, lavoravano e si riunivano qui.

The tour was great. Out tour guide, Sylvia, was excellent. She had great knowledge of the history of the Colloseum and was very friendly.
Fabio was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Very interactive tour guide and we were provided with headphones so we could hear everything. Tour takes closer to 2 hours and if you do the 5PM time the gift shop will not be open at the end of your tour.
Scam no one showed up to exchange online ticket for real ones. Waited in park pass our entry time. No one there exchanging tickets for TripAdvisor. Online tickets are not real tickets can’t get you into them event. Scalper in park only want to sell you tickets no one there to exchange for TripAdvisor. Asked ticket takers at event and they told us third party tickets are sold in park first come first served and you are not guaranteed tickets. Horrible system stay clear scam rip off no one to call text doesn’t work your all alone. AI platform designed to take a fools money. Don’t be a fool stay away

Luca was amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We covered a lot of ground but he kept it very doable and went at everyone’s pace. Highly recommend
We went in July so it was incredibly hot but by going on the evening tour it was a little cooler. Carlo was a great tour guide and was very knowledgeable. The meet up spot was clear because they sent the exact lat/long. We breezed through all the lines even though there were crowds everywhere.
Flavia was a great guide and very knowledgeable. We loved the tour - not as crowded at this time of the day which suited us. Plenty of stops for water and photos. Would highly recommend.
I came back to do it again! 14 years ago I experienced City Wonders as Dark Rome Tours. This year I brought my family back to experience Special Visit by Evening: Colosseum Tour with Roman Forum and Optional Arena Floor with Nicola. Hisam was an excellent, informative guide who engaged with everyone, answering questions, offering travel suggestions and making us think/learn. The only negative was the place chosen by the company to meet. The area was under heavy construction and had U.S. and our navigation apps turned around all over the place.
