Jordie was amazing. Knowledgeable, passionate, and a fun guide. The tour was an excellent way to understand Picasso and his journey as an artist.
It was a nice experience. The guide was knowledgeable about the artist and his work. It was a larger group and was difficult to keep up at times. The museum was rather small and crowded which didn’t help. But overall we enjoyed the experience and would do it again.
Was harassed with emails for days prior to the tour making sure we knew we had to be there at 3:50 pm for a 4:00 pm tour. Don’t be late ! Except the guide herself didn’t show up on time and made us wait for latecomers till 425 to begin. Infuriating. Tour guide knew her stuff but her English was peppered with “0k?!” after each and every sentence. Ugh. Jumped off the tour early.
We always strongly emphasize the importance of arriving on time due to the venue's capacity restrictions and to ensure a smooth and efficient entry for the entire group. It is also possible that the guide was coming directly from another tour. Thank you for your understanding.
This was a crowded venue but well worth the visit. It covered Picasso’s early works as a photo realistic artist that began when he was 12 years old.
Guide offered excellent information during the tour. But tour started a little late due to a latecomer, then we felt rushed through and were ushered out of the exit to return the earpieces/ retrieve our bags, and not allowed back in. If you want an overview that focuses on a few key pieces, this is for you. If you like perusing and taking your time, it's not.
This was an excellent tour. Romina was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to take a large amount of information and condense it into an easily understood really interesting tour. We loved it!
We got lost finding the meet-up spot and the tour guide was incredibly unhelpful. We ended up missing the tour. When we finally found our way to the museum at a later point, we were shocked by how inexpensive it was to enter on our own, after being charged an exorbitant fee for this tour, including a fee for my daughter (under 18, who the museum didn't even charge at all). Museum wasn't crowded and the entire space was self-explanatory.
We were assisting you from 3:50 pm, the scheduled meeting time, until the guide entered the museum, giving you directions on how to get from the Jaume I metro station to 20 Montcada Street. The meeting point was not far from the station; however, you unfortunately arrived late. The price you paid covers a guided tour of the museum conducted by a licensed and accredited guide, and it also includes the museum admission ticket.
Mrs Christel was our guide and she was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and funny. It was one of the most enjoyable tours we have ever done, and we do a lot of tours worldwide.
Very knowledgeable guide made experience incredible! As a professor of art history, she made the life of Picasso come alive!
Excellent tour, got to know more about Picasso’s history.
