Highly suggest this tour!! Mario was so kind and knowledgable. We had to leave early due to our train being earlier than we thought but he was very kind and would highly suggest.

Amazing tour focusing on Michelangelo's work. Gave lots of unique perspective, and lots of pointers that wouldn't have made sense without Mario's guidance. He's done his research and his enthusiasm and familiarity with Michelangelo's work shows in the tour.
Wow, wow, WOW!!! Possibly the VERY BEST we ever took!!!! Mario, our tour guide, is not only a guide, but an art historian with powerful understanding of how art, culture, philosophy, and faith intertwine. His ability to take into perspective greater picture of the time and intertwine with today - made the entire tour so much more than just a museum talk… all while remembering each tour group members name, engaging everyone’s getting kids to participate, adults experiencing artworks in the most fundamental way. Above and beyond any possible expectations!!
Mario gives a very in depth explanation of how the art is created and the meaning behind the process. As an artist it’s very interesting to see the way other creatives go about their creation and Mario explains that very eloquently.
