La piazza più iconica di Roma, simbolo dello stile barocco in Italia. Qui ci fermiamo ad ammirare la Chiesa di Sant'Agnese, progettata da Borromini, e la famosa Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi, scolpita dal Bernini.
Magnifico edificio di proprietà del Cardinale Del Monte, dove Caravaggio visse quando arrivò a Roma.
Visita dall'esterno dell'antico tempio che Agrippa, nel I secolo a.C., dedicò a tutti gli Dei. Poi, trasformato in chiesa nel primo Medioevo, nel XIX secolo ospitò le tombe dei Re d'Italia, dopo l'unificazione della nostra nazione nel 1870
Passa e guarda la magnifica chiesa dedicata a Sant'Ignazio di Loyola, fondatore dell'Ordine dei Gesuiti. Il piazzale antistante la chiesa è un bellissimo esempio di stile barocco romano
Oggi sede del Parlamento, l'edificio ha una lunga storia; la facciata è frutto di un progetto del Bernini.

Emiglio is an extraordinary guide! His passion for Caravaggio and deep knowledge of Roman art and history made our private tour unforgettable.
