Lo scintillante Grand Palace di Bangkok è una meraviglia architettonica che un tempo ospitava i re della dinastia Chakri.
Wat Pho è uno dei templi più antichi della capitale thailandese. È anche uno dei più grandi complessi di templi di Bangkok e ha la più grande collezione di immagini del Buddha in Thailandia. Wat Pho mantiene il titolo di primo centro di istruzione pubblica del paese, specializzato in religione, scienza e letteratura. La maggior parte delle immagini del Buddha in mostra sono state portate a Wat Pho, per ordine del re Rama I, dai templi abbandonati di Ayutthaya e Sukhothai.
Un soggiorno nella capitale thailandese non è completo senza una visita al Wat Arun, il Tempio dell'Alba, uno dei monumenti più famosi di Bangkok.

It’s very interesting. Nicky our guide was most helpful, energetic and fun and very informative. There is quite a lot of walking and the visual splendour can be overwhelming. Plus there can be information overload which at times was a bit overwhelming for an older couple.

We did the Grand Palace and Temples 4 hr tour. Thanya was our guide and she was wonderfull!! Knowledgeable, flexible when we wanted to go inside someplace that she wasn’t specifically guiding us, and great with our tired, hungry 11 yr old. Please tip her a little extra because we didn’t til her enough (miscommunication). She’s worth it and if enough of you do, she’ll be whole :).

We had a great tour with Tanya who was an excellent guide. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is really my own fault. We only had a short time in Bangkok so I booked a half day tour starting at 1pm. I cannot say how hot it was. It was unbelievable. And then we had a long trip back to hotel in afternoon rush hour. If you can, book this as a morning tour.

Excellent guide! Deep knowledge of the temple history, general Thai history and Buddhism. Really liked the amount of time spent and the efficiency of touring all 3 temple sites.
