Ti verremo a prendere dal tuo hotel di Londra alle 8 del mattino
Abbiamo combinato villaggi idilliaci con le città più famose del Cotswold. Questo ti offre una meravigliosa panoramica ed esperienza di cosa tratta il Cotswolds
Inizierai la giornata visitando l'affascinante villaggio di Great Tew. Un villaggio da favola di case di paglia e splendidi paesaggi che è lontano dai turisti. La casa di numerosi personaggi famosi e la futura dimora della famiglia reale.
Da Great Tew proseguiamo poi per Stow-on-the-Wold, la città più alta del Cotswolds. Qui avrai il tempo di navigare tra edifici color miele, pub accoglienti, strade strette, negozi interessanti e minuscole sale da tè.
La nostra prossima fermata è il pittoresco villaggio di Lower Slaughter, uno dei villaggi più belli delle Cotswolds settentrionali e situato nella campagna più bella.
Probabilmente la città più famosa del Cotswolds e regolarmente votato come uno dei villaggi più belli d'Inghilterra; Bourton-on-the-Water. Conosciuta come la "Venezia dei Cotswolds", c'è molto da vedere e da fare con una vasta gamma di attrazioni, negozi, ristoranti e sale da tè. Qui hai tempo libero per esplorare e goderti un pranzo.
Da qui attraversiamo alcuni incantevoli villaggi del Cotswold fino alla città di Burford, spesso chiamata la "Porta verso i Cotswolds". Una città molto iconica e sede di una delle chiese più belle e antiche della regione. Storie in abbondanza!
Un punto culminante del tuo tour, il bellissimo villaggio e le antiche rovine di Minster Lovell. Questo grazioso villaggio sul fiume Windrush vanta un sacco di pietra Cotswold e tetti di paglia, oltre a detenere il titolo di villaggio più infestato della regione. La cattedrale Lovell è forse meglio conosciuta per le rovine della sua sala del XV secolo, di proprietà di generazioni della famiglia Lovell.

This was an amazing day trip to see the country side. Ian was a great guide and very informative. A beer at Farms Dog Pub was a great way to end the day.

The tour was the perfect size the perfect stops. Our guide was humorous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Just the right amount for an introduction to the Cotswold.
Our family, which included 3 adults (one senior) and 3 children, scheduled a private tour of the Cotswolds with Ian this past March. We had a fantastic experience and Ian helped me create a custom itinerary for my family that gave us a true feel of these beautiful villages. Because we wanted to see a couple extra sights, Ian was accommodating to our request to pick us up at the train station, then made arrangements with us to drop us back at our hotel in London. Unfortunately the morning we were to arrive, there was a fire on one of the train lines and all trains from Paddington were canceled. Ian was able to quickly regroup with us and make other arrangements so we could still meet and still maximize our day - we so appreciated not only his flexibility but his advice on what to see, where to spend more time and how to get in the sites important to us throughout the day. I didn't know about some of the sites he suggested and we were thankful for his recommendations. We had a beautiful day despite rain, and highly recommend this tour for its tailored experience. Had a wonderful experience touring villages with Ian. His stories made the area’s history come alive as he pointed out things we would have missed on our own. Just enough info with time to wander on our own. Another plus was we visited villages a larger tour coach would have been too large to manage. He was punctual, and despite having unexpected traffic detours he remained on schedule and unruffled. The best way to end our visit to London.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful day on tour with Ian in the Cotswolds. Ian is very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were very comfortable, and visited many lovely towns and stops along the way. It really was a perfect day.
We were picked up in our London hotel, stopped at Blenheim Palace and proceeded to multiple villages in the Cotswolds and finished up in Oxford. Both Ian and Graham were professional, informative and fun to be with. They had some great insights on the towns and history and found great places for lunch. We had shared some of our interests particularly an interest in gardens and they developed a great itinerary! Highly recommended tour group!
We are so glad we chose Undiscovered Cotswolds. Ian provided a great tour of a beautiful area. He was prompt, knowledgeable, patient and good natured. Because of the weather and our requests, he was able to modify the itinerary a bit to enhance our experience. He also recommended a great place for lunch.
