Wonderful visit! I was touched by the energy and beauty of the Sagrada Familia. The guide Carla was kind, welcoming, demonstrated to possess a broad knowledge about the history and the symbols that surround the Basilica. We are grateful to Carla for the beautiful experience that we will carry forever in our hearts.
Nuria is a extremely knowledgeable and professional guide. Her knowledge of the history and ongoing construction of this magnificent building made it come to life. Our tour of Park Guell was equally entertaining and informative. A very enjoyable tour.

We booked Private Sagrada familia and Park Guell tour months in advance through Viator. Operator In Out Barcelona told us 5 days before the tour that they cannot get tickets to Sagrada Familia In the morning and want to move us to 7pm. We have to cancel the tour and were able to join other small group tour in the morning. There were many tours to choose from at GetyourGuide. Obviously the tour operator has other more profitable job so chose to cancel ours.
To be clear, I am reviewing the 4 hour private tour by In Out Barcelona Tours. We met our tour guide outside the Sagrada Familia. Fernando did show up on time and he did have tickets in order for our entry into the 2 venues, Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. Unfortunately, the tour did not go as well as we hoped. We felt our questions were not sufficiently answered, as a few of them were not addressed at all. Normally on a private tour we are able to maintain a conversation with the tour guide and during the conversation we glean the details of the venue. The guide, normally, has the talking points and a lot of information "behind" each point. This tour had talking points but when we asked for additional detail, the details seemed to be jumbled and inconsistent. Perhaps this was just a language barrier issue (?) but we did request and pay for a tour in English. I would be reluctant to recommend this tour to family or friends.
We had an amazing time doing the private tour of the sagarda familia and park guell, a highlight of our weekend in barcelona. Really worth the spend! Ou guide Carla was fantastic, very kind, knowledgeable and adapted to our rhythm. And the Sagrada Familia is really a one of a kind experience!

If you’ve not seen the Sagrada Familia in person, please put this on your list! It was amazing and breathtaking. Niuri (sp?) was so bubbly and knowledgeable—she made our private tour incredible! Due to weather, Park Guell was closed. But Nuiri and the leadership at the tour outlet made a change and we were able to go inside the old hospital (and around its grounds). Wonderful substitution! Thank you for this experience!
